Excellent service, friendly staff, and a very comfortable room. The location on Salim Street was perfect and close to everything.

The location of the Breakfast was so good. However, the variety of the items served could be improved.

The staff were so helpful and polite. The location is very good as it is close to all spots. The car park was spacious and easy to access.

The hospitality was really nice the staff were welcoming and the room was ready for use and very clean also i asked for a crib for my child and the crib was already there when i arrived also the breakfast was really delicious and has a lot of kinds also the Guest relations (mrs. Kezan) was very professional and welcoming.

first, the staff was unbelievable. everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful Ms. Kizhan from customer relations was so professional and kept asking if we need anything till the day we checkedout. rooms and utilities are prefectcomparing room rate to other hotels, there will be no comparison, Ramada was 10/10

The best thing is cleanness and the welcoming staff especially Kizhan She was so nice and helpful and the day of check in she called and did whatever we asked for .

Superb staff. Great food, room, overall hygiene. Quiet so you get to sleep comfortably. Emerald restaurant’s menu has a great variety of dishes. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Floors 1 and 2 are immaculately renovated and meet expectations, rest of the floors are not at all what one expects from Ramada. The guest relations lady was amazing, she checked with me about my satisfaction and then on finding out my discomfort with other floors, immediately got me shifted to 2nd floor which was what I expected.

All my credit cards gave errors at checkout. It was 2am at night and I had to go around the city to find an ATM which gave me cash at very high fee to then clear the bill.

Big executive room nice valley parking and a very nice Emiraled Restaurant.

The floor in the executive room was wooden, and it has an issue, so it can't be cleaned no matter what they did, and it stayed dirty for my three days, staying long. I choose the executive suite because it has a jacuzzi..The jacuzzi is not working, and when I asked them to fix it, they send a technician with zero communications skill , no English, and no Arabic language. He tried to fix it, and he failed.. and they didn't fix it at all .. so the reason why I booked in this hotel was gone. The English and Arabic language of the staff is very poor sometimes nill ..Zero ..No view and useless balcony.
