Best Western Plus La Fayette Hotel et SPA

Nothing. They have critters and bed bugs.

The staff was very racist towards me and my wife.

the breakfast was great

The gym was poorly equipped, and some equipment was out of order.

Our son and wife accompanied me and husband to a memorial service in Epinal and American Cemetery. Location was convenient and our suite was exceptional.

There was some construction around the breakfast room while we were there but we had good service. Best to park in lot as basement parking is awkward.

Convenient hotel on outskirts of Epinal. Area is commercial.Friendly multi lingual staffDinner excellentBreakfast very good.

Good breakfast. Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Nice spa zone with hot sauna and steam room. Free parking. The dinner in the restaurant.

Isolated place where you can't get without a car.

Very nice staff and pleasant atmosphere !Large car park Very good restaurant

Nothing negative

Very lovely property, very good helpful staffBeautiful restaurant and foodExcellent locale for Epinal

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything needed. We got upgraded when we arrived, which was nice. We appreciated the air conditioning - it was a very warm day and our room was on the corner so not much air flow from the window.

We would have liked to make use of the breakfast buffet, but it was expensive (almost 40€ for the two of us) so we opted out even though it was Sunday and we knew there would be limited availability for food out in town. Also, the property is not within walking distance of downtown or the river.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff.

spa was great, secure underground parking & the room was spacious & very modern ?

Steam room wasn't working

The spa the service the restaurant and service

Location on a busy roundabout and the building is being renovated at the time of my stay, the room I stayed in felt tired and in need of revamp. However very clean and with everything one would need. Including a fridge a rarity in most hotels at this price point

Great for a stopover driving through rainy France and just outside the main centre. Upgraded room was so nice with everything you could needStaff were very nice The restaurant onsite was superb Safe parking right outside the hotel

Excellent staff and Spa.

We travelled as a group of 4 and experienced two totally different rooms. One modern and newly refurbished whilst our room was outdated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The underground carpark is very difficult to access too so don’t use if you have a large vehicle as you risk damaging upon entry.

Clean and well located. Nice to use a spa. Food was great.

Very good room standard for a reasonable price. Excellent restaurant very usefull for a late arrival.

ComfortSpaFood

Easy access to motorway, plenty of restaurants with a short walk, underground secure parking for the bikes or car

On-site restaurant not open on Sundays, you had to pay 10€ to park underground for 1 night, although they let us park 4 bikes in one space

The service is really great. Everything is well and fine, free parking, nice welcome and one hour of spa is included in the roomrate. The breakfast is great, with many local products, the selection is big. We had dinner in the rstaurant, really fine cooking with good selections for a fair price. Anytime to come back again.

The location is not really central, but you know, that, when you book there.

Comfortable clean nice spa

A bit far from centre

Room clean. Good bathroom.

The window shutter in the room did not work properly and curtains did not pull across resulting in lack of privacy. Safe did not work. Could use pool only if set time booked. Very limited dining options in walking distance from hotel.
