Quick Palace Epinal

Comfortable room with prefabricated bathroom. Good nights sleep, but location is probably not ideal for long term stay.

Basic but clean with a comfy bed and very friendly helpful staff

Nothing to mention

the price is good.

1. there is the bad smell when enter the room.2. blanket in the Corridor is not clean.3. the washing basin is too near to the bed. it is in the room, instead in WC.4. there is no any lock function inside the room, can only lock the door outside.5. based on 4, funny thing happened. it is 9:30-10am,1-2hours before check-out time and i still in the room. i replied when cleaner staff knocked the door. no matter she heard it or understood it, doesnot matter. then she get into the room directly with their own key. i was in WC, very near to the door. It is really terrible, never met this before.

Its a budget hotel clean but tired, in a great place for the Congress free parking easy walk to food. Breakfast is good value, this is a well used hotel. The important question is if we are in the area again would we use it? Yes without any hesitation.

It could do with a makeover, but the room was clean ?

Good central location next to restaurants. Staff welcoming. Used several times as half way. Free quick WiFi. Outdoor seating area.

Shower was blocked and flooded floor. Were moved to adjacent room after few minutes, that room all OK. Bring a multiway plug as only 2 points in room that you can access not enough to charge all devices. Being French they lock up at 9pm so they can go home to bed.,so you need pass code for main door, on back of room key.

Very nice staff, quiet location, I appreciated the fact that they had clean sheets and towels, functional heat. The location is a bit peripheral, but if you have a car this is not a problem, 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Pet friendley?

Was what I needed and expected for the price I paid. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. No comp

ok for one night but really low end

stained carpet,room scruffy

Clean and good place to stay. Also, offer free parking space. I would stay there again.

Room size small but it is expected for the price offered for 2 star hotel.

Safe, comfortable, clean and friendly. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

Cheap, great restaurant next door, decent parking for motorcycles

Well managed and good condition

Warm rooms , no air condition

Room, Breakfast and staff

Clean comfortable beds.

No light switch for the sink in the bedroom. So can not be turned off for the night. Would be useful when the toilet is required during the night.

Clean and neat, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial.

Used this hotel many times, central location, quick onto N57 when leaving. The red pepper restaurant next door is excellent value and choice, even has an English menu! Parking on lot, never had a security issue even with a motorbike.

The family that used to run it have left. Now replaced with what i call a typical French welcome. Took them a while to agree that i had booked in,and find a room. Breakfast is good and varied.Mostly used by workers not tourists.

the friendly woman on the check-in desk went above and beyond her duties to help me out on a very cold night in March when (nearly) all the restaurants were closed.

Very good value for money- the breakfast was fine

Door 112 key in lock was problematic!
