Dedeman Cizre Hotel

It was clean and comfortable hotel and great location to rest from long road trips

Overall a nice hotel and really nice bathroom.

Unfortunately, the luxury of the former Divan Hotel has not carried over to the new management at the Dedeman. Gone are the ceramic coffee cups and spoons, bathrobes and good quality linens. The bath towels were a bit gray and had a chemical odor. There was no top sheet on the bed or sanitary duvet cover. I was a bit disappointed.

Hotel was clean, Yasmin, Burak , and Hussien made our stay comfortable and assisted us

Standard Room was available on Dedeman website, while the receptionists denied that they dont have avaliablity, then i had to book a suite the rate was €194 Euro including Breakfast on thier website while he was offering me €260 . It was a really unpleasant experience with the receptionist named "Burak" he wanted to rip us off. The room was really hot & the windows were locked Will never stay at this hotel again.

Value seem to be highWhen I checked out the staff informed me I eat chocolate but I don’t eat it.The staff picked photo of trash in my room!Anyway I paid 30 TL but I am sure I not take any thing from mini bar.For this reason I decided this last time to book in this hotel because the staff not trust with the guest.Note that I booked 3 times in this hotel.In next time I will sleep in the street and don’t book in this hotel

The staff was very helpful as I needed to change the date of the reservation when I arrived there and they approved it with the help of Mr Burak. What I like about him is that he's available most of the time. Thank you, Burak. The room and the hotel itself were clean. I couldn't get much time in the hotel to try the facilities. Breakfast was very nice with a wide range of choices and everyone is trying to help especially Mr Baran. My family enjoyed it very much

The receptionists only speak Kurdish & Turkish so they need to translate all your requests first. Barak was the only person speaks a bit of English. There was not enough brightness in the living room. All the rest were fine

The exceptional safety of the hotel that is above what I required for myself ;-) The pool. The desk and reception very helpful. The assistance of Abdurahman (good english) for the departure.

it’s a little bit run down compared to its days as a Divan hotel - main light switch fallen off, shower tiles in need of re-grouting etc. not bad but it’s lost the previous feel of luxury.not great to be incorrectly told we hadn’t booked breakfast when we arrived and having to pull out the app to prove we had.

When we arrive , there was no one to come and help with a car or luggages , we need to find staff and ask them to help . Breakfast is really not nice , the mattress in the room was very uncomfortable.

Divan is amazing option with reasonable price, clean and comfort recommended

the AC is not working and the weather was a little bit hot.

Good hotel for who want to take rest after long driving

They have to take care of smoking smell in most rooms , we booked for non smoking room , even they changed the room but still the same .

I like divan chain then they offer first class breakfast and very nice clean quite rooms
