double room suite is very spacious and comfortable - very suitable for our family of 5. the hotel is well located, around 5min walking from the ski station and from the water park / hot springs on the other side

the staff is not very helpful, very slow to give answers and not very precise information (e.g. when asking about the ski classes, organizing some activities, shuttle bus or even inée of Dec 31st…). the breakfast area is very small and chaotic. the quality of food is medium.

Convenient to reach ski slopes

We had a great experience - everything was perfect. The apartments are centrally located and very comfortable. We appreciated that skiing and daily entrance to the water park were included in the price. A one time entrance to the hot springs was also a great perk. The breakfast buffet is very extensive - it was mostly chinese but there were also eggs, many types of breads, fresh fruit... The half board option with dinner included was also a very good deal of you like buffet hot pot though there are a variety of chinese restaurants very close-by. The airport is also only 20 minutes away and the transfer was included in the price (red bus outside). All the personnel were very attentive and friendly. A perfect place for some family skiing and snow fun!

The hotel never answered questions I had through Booking and the phone contact was impersonal. The room temperature was very hot - we had to turn off all of the heaters and leave the windows open to go to down to 24 degrees celsius in the apartment. There was also a long wait at the coffee machine every morning. Apartments located on the 2nd floor may not have a great view (our friends had a view on the ski center billboard).

Very dirty and not ever maintained. Walls with humidity, broken furniture, etc. when walking with white socks in the room, they turned brown. But worse of all was: you have to take a BUS to get breakfast, at -30degree and with two children, highly inconvenient. Oh, and only one guy in the whole Hotel could speak English, so much for „international resort“. Definitely not worth 400€ per night!!! We felt ripped off. Never again.

Very friendly staff, very nice and comfy room for a family with 4 to 5 people. A great buffet with a lot of choice in the morning and in the evening! On top of that a very nice and convenient package for skiing, including access to the water parc as well as the hot springs! All there for an amazing stay!

The temperature in the room was rather at the upper limit of my comfort zone with 26 degrees, but after 3 days, we find a way to manage it back to 22 degrees.

Perfect for skiing!
