Location is perfect, exactly in the center and just 2 minutes walking distance from the train station, restaurants, supermarkets and shops Room and toilet are spacious and very cleanBed is very comfortable The owner Peter is very kind, friendly and helpful Wi-Fi is good Desk in the reception in case of need to do something on the laptop Breakfast is basic but very good and very good quality

Very nice clean modern hotel right in the heart of town. The friend I was visiting also liked it and said he'd recommend it for visitors. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Good location, free parking. clean and modern, good value. Nice Brewery restaurant a short walk away. If the rooms were a little bigger this hotel chain would be perfect for us road warriors.

The rooms are a little on the small side which is a shame. I had the room above the entryway on the first floor which seemed to be the hangout for every smoker. Not a big deal but there was a lot of chatting and laughing going on under my window until quite late.

The Reception on the Night shift was reall so bad. He treating the customer like us that we dont know about bookingy And he is so arrogant how he talked to us. So scarry.

Just be friendly. And treat a guest as normal people.

Location and cleanliness

Online check-in not obvious and couldn't use with the information I had from booking.com

Great distance from the train station and the brewery that the Hotel Receptionist recommended. Also, very close to bus station so it was easy to go on excursion. The Hotel is 'green' so conscious of saving energy, which is really important. It was a nice touch to have separate quilts which made it more comfortable.

Perhaps there ought to be a sign by the taps to let guests know if the tap water is potable. Water was offered for free only if guests committed to some form of partnering or upgrade (?)

New hotel, just opened in April 2024. Very spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Small parking. When we arrived late there was no parking space.

Reception staff exceptional there was no parking space left when we arrived so the reception lady moved her car so we had parking. Rooms very clean and nice and a great breakfast.

My second stay at this hotel. Intuitive check-in. Clean and modern room which is well equipped. Trouble-free experience and very comfortable, especially for the price.

Limited reception hours. Not a big issue since it can all be done digitally. Still, always nice to talk to a person.

The management and the staff of the hotel are not meant to work with people. Or maybe it’s just theirattitude towards foreigners. When we arrived at the hotel there was a very nice man greeting and registering us at the hotel. We liked the facilities and the cleanness of the hotel. All was perfect until the morning. In the morning we came for breakfast and the lady at the reception told us that we only paid for 3 breakfasts?!??? And still need to pay 12€ for another meal. This was very strange as usually if breakfast is included in the room rate then it is included for all people in the room?! I booked 2 rooms, same types including breakfast. BUT this was not the biggest issue. The biggest problem was with the attitude of the lady. She didn’t speak any English, was very aggressive and looked at us as if we stole something. When I tried to explain and show to her my booking she called the Manager ( he didn’t even introduce himself on the phone!) The manager told me literally and I quote: “ Listen to me, I don’t care about your booking on Booking.com but if you don’t pay now I will call the police”. Like that. Very aggressive. I travel a lot and I never faced such an unprofessional attitude towards customers. Instead of trying to understand and resolve the issue he threatened me?! For 12€!To add to all this, there was nothing really to eat anyways. Eggs were gone and the only food was yogurt. For 12€!!!!! I do not advise you to book breakfast at this hotel at all. Just have a meal at the cafe. It is cheaper and it is a real food. I immediately called the Booking.com to check what went wrong with this. They tried to contact the manager but he wouldn’t pick up the phone. They confirmed to me that breakfast was included. This whole story is not about 12€ or misunderstanding somewhere but about incompetence, disrespect and aggression of the staff ( not all ). This is scandalous and not acceptable in our time. I would gladly avoid such hotels.

Lovely hotel only stayed for one night as had to get a very early flight but could not fault the place lovely and staff was great as well

Everything was perfect!

The only one thing missing in the room, was extra pillows, but that's ok.
