Check-in only starts at 5 pm,that's late! Our room was only available after 6 pm. It had a strong smell of VOMIT. We complained at front desk , told will inform manager but nothing done about it and told no other room available. We barely slept from the malodor. Complained to manager the next day and apparently manager not informed of issue, still awaiting if refund acknowledged by manager is honored.Not a four star hotel, booking.com should review their category; untidy; BE AWARE: hotel doors closed from 12 noon-5 pm, no front desk staff (can only open door if you already have your key).

To Booking.com, please do not rate this hotel as 4 stars. It's very misleading to your customers. At best it's 2 stars. Checking starts late at 5 pm. Despite this, our room was not ready until after 6 pm. Our room smelled of puke and despite this complaint, no offer was done to change rooms . It's true, hotel overall un- clean.Also, be aware reception closed from 12 noon to 3 pm and hotel door closed Four star hotel with a long siesta! Poor customer service. Folks, find another place to stay!

The property is just in the city

The staff are not friendly. We stayed there for 5 days with breakfast. The breakfast was terrible, 16 euro is not worrh it. Our 6 days stay we only have 1 good breakfast when the old lady is there that was on Sunday. From Friday and the following day, we never had a good breakfast. The tray of bread is empty, no egg, and ham. Many people was really dissappointed, They know that the hotel is full, why they dont prepare more bread. This is really terrible. Ive been travelling to alot, and this is the worst service I ever had. My suggestion to those people availing breakfast, better NOT to avail, your losing your nerve and money. There is store next corner. Or better to go to the city and have a good breakfast there. 16 euro is a lot and satisfied if you use that to the restaurant not in this Hotel.

The only real positives about this hotel are its convenient location close to the city center, the friendliness of the staff, and the availability of an underground parking garage for €12 per night.However, for a hotel advertised as 4-star on Booking.com, the overall cleanliness and maintenance leave much to be desired. The rooms and hallways were noticeably unclean, suggesting a clear lack of housekeeping staff. Even the lobby had not seen a vacuum cleaner during the two days of our stay.One of the more surprising experiences was receiving a message from the hotel informing us that a €150 deposit would be frozen on our card in case of damages to the room. Ironically, upon check-in, we immediately noticed several broken or missing items in the room. We reported this to reception and were offered a different room, but unfortunately, the new room wasn’t in much better condition. We eventually decided to stay in the original room.The breakfast area was another disappointment. It is far too small to accommodate the number of guests. People were standing around waiting for tables, and like us, many had no choice but to eat in the lobby – which was highly uncomfortable and far from what you’d expect from a hotel of this category.In summary, this hotel fails to meet even basic 4-star standards, and I would not recommend it to others unless serious improvements are made. In conclusion, the hotel is indeed staffed by very kind people who truly do their best to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately, in this case, their efforts alone are not enough to make up for the overall lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.

Not the cleanest. No toilet roll. No coffee or milk in the room. No staff to ask. Shower head broken. Plug blocked in bath. Poo left in toilet when we arrived.

The check-in process went smoothly and the room provided was of a good size. The room was clean and equipped with a large TV and kitchenette. The location was ideal in that one was close to the centre, restaurants and shopping areas all within 10 minutes on foot.

The hallway floors were surprisingly dirty with paint-flecks and lint on the carpets. A simple passing of the vaccum by the housekeeping would have given the outside of the rooms a better appearance.

Nice facilities, opportunity to cook, good bathroom.

There are very little options of vegetarian food for breakfast. Mostly no fruits and vegetables available, and a lot of baked stuff.

The apartment kitchen is very poorly equipped, no cutting board, just 1 pan, nothing to prepare a most simple meal. You have a water boiler and coffee machine but no coffee or tea. It is very hot in the apartment and it doesn't smell fresh. You have to take out the trash yourself to the container cross the street. Definitely not coming back to any Nemea hotel. The location is good, walking distance to the center and they have a garage.

The location is excellent for travel, the breakfast is really good, the staff cooperation is extremely commendable. The place also helped me to keep my luggage safely in the baggage room when I was away for two days in Troyes for work. The place is also very close to supermarkets, Shopping mall, bus stops to different places, cafes and many restaurants particularly typical Indian restaurants. I recommend travelers to opt this accommodation facility. I will definitely come back to Nemea Apartment Hotel again.

The apartment is very well located and reception. Was very friendly. Also handy having a kitchenette

The apartment pool area was grubby and not so well cleaned. It makes you feel uncomfortable and question what else wasn't clean. Also the ware in the kitchen is too limited. Even adding a few glasses would help

Good location - close to the city center, shops, restaurants!

-Unkind receptionist- doesn't try to explain about the problems.She was just very bored with her work on Saturday.- Insufficient parking for the capacity of this hotel - everyone has to find a parking space on their own... Info about the parking lot is a lie...-The pool is not illuminated and does not work constantly during the day...- The rooms/apartments are very narrow - you move a table to unfold the sofa - it is difficult to go to the bathroom, for example...Just the hotel does not deserve 4 stars!

We love the indoor pool, but then there was no light in the changing room, we basically used our phone flashlight to pass through it.

Very dirty corridors, the room floors are super dirty with lots of hair around. It wasn’t vacuumed well. The shower door wasn’t done well, water flaws out.

Staff was friendly. Area was quiet and safe. Price is very good.

Tv opened by itself both nights at midnight and this was scary. Curtains are very dirty. Breakfast is expensive so I didn’t buy it.

Missing a bit of cutlery, and the basics like salt sugar oil coffee tea would have been nice. Also some of the staff are not very responsive.

The location and good / safe parking for the car. Elevator and indoor pool was available.

I know that it wasnt the most expensive - but still the apartment was not very clean. Stains on the sheets, towels and walls. The sofa bed is not comfortable as it was very old and you could not create a flat surface for sleeping. Id recommend to not book the room with 4 persons as it is way too small. Also not clear instructions how to dispose the garbage.

Budget price studio so we expected basic but could be better. Reasonable walking distance from centre. Comfortable bed. Good shower, plenty hot water. Extremely clean. Friendly staff.

A few irritations. Table lamp didn't work. One of the cups was cracked. Bed comfortable but pillows lumpy. At 16€ disappointing breakfast : no toaster, mini-viennoises overdone and scrambled eggs not replaced when dish empty. No sachets English Breakfast tea (providing this is standard now). Reception closed Saturdays 12h-16h so no-one/nowhere to leave luggage until our train time. Noisy street until 1h.
