Novotel Suites Nancy Centre

You are in France, so space is always limited. And this hotel definitely delivers in terms of ample of space in the room and good service. Nothing luxury about the place but I am extremely satisfied. 10 minute walk to the plaza.

We've been stopping here often on the way South, always a nice stop, at walking distance from the historical city center. The parking garage under the hotel is very practical when having a packed car, but needs to be reserved. EV charging is available in the garage as well using the Qovoltis app.

The rooms are very large, there is private underground parking, and they are dog-friendly. The lady who helped us at check-in was very nice.

The room was overpriced. I'd rate the hotel 3-star, not 4-star.

The floor of the walkway from the garage to the hotel was puddled it was hard to carry suitcases and the fuses in the room blew out for no apparent reason.

Great hotel for stop-off driving from Alps to Rotterdam. We stayed previously in a family room one double and 2 singles, however, this time it was 2 doubles, so not ideal. Breakfast is excellent. Secure underground parking gives piece of mind of security of your vehicle while you are asleep.

The hotel is close to the centre, very clean, the room was comfortable for two adults and two kids. The breakfast was pretty good. Excellent value for money.

The rooms are old. The smell is like an old smoking room, the rug is stained, There is no usb plug.

Staff very friendly and helpful.Parking facilities.Relative proximity to city centre ( but you need to be fit on foot).Our room (111) was clean, right sized for 3 visitors for a night and the second bed was comfortably large.Choice of food and beverage at breakfast was large enough to satisfy all family members.

Small things only !Cups at breakfast not all squeaky clean.Coffee machines could use a bit of cleaning (dripping pan)The breakfast facilities will apparently be undergoing a renovation in a few days ... which is likely to improve the above.

The room had a large double bed and two smaller single beds that were ideal for the kids. Plenty of space in the room and the two areas divided up with a curtain which was great. There is parking on site which was really handy. Good breakfast.

Excellent location, only 5-7 minutes walk to the old city center. Quiet area. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and a very kind and friendly staff. A very, very pleasant stay that I warmly recommend to other tourists interested in visiting a city as beautiful as Nancy.

We were 2 adults and 3 kids... And we had to have 2 rooms... That got a little expensive

This is a super hotel! Lucine is an exceptional host for whom nothing is too much trouble. We had a wonderful room on the fifth floor which was huge with both bath and shower and lots of light. Opposite the hotel there are many dining choices and to on side, a pretty marina with walkways. Nancy is a fantastic and beautiful city and this hotel is the perfect location.
