The location was excellent and the staff excellent. Free coffee and candy in the lobby was also a sweet touch.

Bed lights !!! Too big and not in a good place above the bed ! High risk of cutting face if you get up midnight and not see them in the dark !!

This hotel has a very good hospitality. Free coffee, tea, water and sweets. Staff members are all very kind and friendly. It’s also very close to the train station.

The bed was comfortable and the location was close to the train station.

There was no air conditioning available. Also the room needs to be cleaned and painted. Needs a fresh up.

Sound isolation, u can hear practically everything from side rooms and above rooms. Bathroom too small, but overall positive experience.

The location was perfect, being only about 5 minutes walk from the railway station and the bus station. Although our room faced the street, the double glazing meant that there was no noise from the street at all. The room was spacious with some attractive, old-fashioned features. The beds were very comfortable and a kettle was provided in the room. Free hot drinks and snacks were also available in reception at any time. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was good, with attentive service.

The shower room was very small. The lift was small and very slow. We were on the first floor and found it easier to use the stairs.

Excellent hotel close to the city center as well as the train station. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast offered a decent number of quality options. Great choice if you're visiting Nancy.

The building is beautifull, with a very good location, in the middle of the town. The stairs are beautifull! The bathroom was small, but very nice. So are rhe rooms, very stylish. We enjoyed our stay here!

The elevator is too smal and very insecure… and the website says there is parking place, but there is not. When we asked for a good spot and told the receptionist we put our car in Parking Republic, he says its fine. But we had to oay 16 euros for that night, which is a lot. So better advice and honest communication about parking would be better.

Great location and staff, 4 minutes walking with luggage from the train station and directly at the main shopping street. They take care of the details, coffee, tea, and water available 24/7 at the reception, fresh and nice breakfast. it has everything you need to visit Nancy.

the walls are thin, because its an old building, there was no sound coming from the outside, but you could hear the other rooms. This was not a big problem for us, as the other guests were very respectful and nobody made noise during the night.

Good location to visit Nancy which is amazing. Parking (15 euros/day) within 5m walk. Clean, quiet, friendly. Good breakfast.

The hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the railway station. It was no traffic on the street. 10 minutes walk to Place Stanislas. The breakfast buffee was OK. Waterkettle in the room.

You could hear the neighbor coughing in the room next door. Small bathroom.
