the room was quite okay, small when compared to many other locations but it was quite good. The staff was really very helpful with all questions and during the breakfast.

The options for breakfast were a little less for children and could have more

Ibis Style is always reliable. Loved the courtyard. Played fooseball. The breakfast was surprisingly good but understaffed. The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious but the floor was constantly sticky.

The staffs are very nice.

When we entered the washroom, the washbasin was not fully cleaned/drained.On the next morning the toilet door got jammed and couldn't use toilet.

We could park our car in the private parking where it was safe.We had a quiet room without noise from trafic.The breakfast was simple but delicious (very tasty orange juice, excellent and tasty bread options, good coffee)

There are many families with young children. This can be very cosy, but also noisy sometimes.

The rooms are clean, breakfast very good. Dogs are welcome.

Small room

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The room itself was very good, offering a pleasant and well-maintained space. The breakfast was truly amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

One design aspect that might be a drawback for some is the open shower concept, with no door separating it from the main room. Additionally, the toilet lacks its own sink; the sink is located near the shower.

Firstly, the pictures are either outdated or overly photoshopped. Quite shocking at first when we arrived as the hotel and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. It was dilapidated. Our rooms smelled like faeces and there was a very loud water noise at 4am. To some extent, the hotel itself was quite creepy. We closed the toilet door before we left the room for dinner (as the odour was unbearable). We came back to a really smelly room to find the toilet door open. Made us feel very uneasy. Low key creeped us out.

Great location, easy parking, comfortable room. Perfect for a one night stop or a a few days to explore Nancy.

A bit outdated

Clean room and hotel all together. Parking was simple at the property. Staff were very helpful and nice. Only a 10 minute walk down to Old Town Nancy and the Christmas Markets. Definitely would stay here again.

For the price I couldn’t have asked for more.

I enjoyed the facilities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom had a Rolling stones text in it which is cool.

Good location for stopover enroute to Alps. Short walk into town centre for sightseeing and restaurants. Free on-site parking. Breakfast included. Value for money.

Basic furnishings in room and swing door on bathroom (limited privacy).

Good secure car park for off street parking (including motorcycles). Great staff and everything was clean.

No trace of booking when I checked in. After some keyboard work we got a room. Key card didn’t work when we got back from having tea and the staff member’s card struggled, eventually got in but couldn’t shut the door when we went for breakfast as we’d have been locked out again.

City centre in walking distance; hotel-owned parking space; atrium-like sitting area; rooms larger than usual

Good hotel and the family were made to feel very welcome. Directions to the car park could be clearer however. Other than that no issues at all.

Geen refrigerator in the rooms. Parking was 13 euro per day. Air conditioning was not working and we had to change our room

Easy parking behind the hotel with direct access to the hotel; cosy courtyard with trees and tables; room with real instruments for the kids to "play" with; good variated breakfast; very nice and welcoming staff; close to the city center (10-15 mminutes to Place Stanislas)

The hotel looked a bit worn-out, and the room was slightly old fashioned.
