Hotel Ibis Budget Nancy Centre

A clean, quiet hotel in a very convenient location. The staff was incredibly kind. I had an issue with an apartment I had booked, and had to make a last-minute reservation at Ibis Budget. The young man at reception allowed me to check in straight away, which significantly improved my day. It is walking distance to everything, and there is a large supermarket two minutes away, with plenty of prepared food so you don't have to waste money on restaurants. I spent five nights there and would happily return.

Simple budget option with 24-hour desk. Walking distance to city centre. Clean room. Cheap street parking nearby.

Easy access, underground parking

The bunkbed for the kid was uncomfortable to get in and out.

good bed

Not enough furniture: nowhere to put my suitcase other than the floor, no comfortable chair, too small bedside planks (not even tables), not enough hooks for clothes since there was no closet, not enough outlets for charging and badly placed, view of a wall kitty-corner, lousy toiletries: mixed hair, face, skin = too dry, good for none, difficult - to-use lock on the door, lousy breakfast, mediocre personnel

The hotel is located in a quiet area, rooms are clean and functional. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good with reasonable choices.

There could have been a soap distributor nearby the sink. It was somehow odd to take the soap from the shower area.

B & B. I was attending a geology symposium. I travelled by tram and on foot.

I had to share the room for three nights. He too was going to the conference, but I had never met him before . He snored.

The breakfast was OK, the location good and parking also possible to find without charge. It was in a quite area close to the centre.

It was our first experience with IBIS Budget, so i believe the name explain everything. Room in general small, not so clean and not so comfortable (matras, pillow) . In the other hand a budget solution for a family overnight, however I don't believe so that I will book again in a Budget one.

The room was all I wanted. Enough space, a shower that worked, a toilet that was clean. I didn't look at the TV, or did I want a fridge minibar or a Gideon bible. I was comfortable. there.

See above

room was standard of Ibis. room was clean . Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. He give me a map and recommend the restaurant and place to visit. The location is super perfect 15 mins to square . it's very close to city

the car park is not free . you need to pay 12 EUR/days and need to book . the car park is very small. If u have big car it may have a problem to park here. And bath door can see through. awkward when you are not marriage couple

Good location. Secure parking.

Spartan room. Taciturn receptionist. No tea/coffee making facilities. Very basic bathroom and shower

Staff and room were good. It's basic but welcoming. Cinema and games centre across the road are great for a rainy day. Not too far to chop or centre.

Location is 15 mins from centre on foot, otherside from the train station. Not much to see on the way but it's a decent walk along the canal.

It was close to the centre so easy to walk in, staff were friendly and good value for money. Really dog friendly

Room was a bit worn with marks on floor and wall and shower had a bit of an odd smell. Rooms were quite small - ok for one night but would struggle for several nights

Poor

The bed was not comfortable, the toilet door was closing badly.. the bed for the 3rd person was not made.

Breakfast was basic but fresh. Lovely staff and great access to the canal for a stroll. 10mons walk into the old town and a lovely quiet area with amenities nearby. Highly recommended

Great room, location and staff. Madeline was very welcoming and helpful going above and beyond in meeting our specific needs. The hotel is modern and clean. Great blackouts on windows and quiet. Air con in the corridor. Beautiful location with stylish eateries nearby and a cinema. 15 minute walk into town centre.

I hadn't realised I needed to prearrange reservation to park my car due to limited secure parking. Fortunately, there was free onstreet parking up to 10am which was fine as I stayed just the one night. It should be made more clear, when booking, that car parking needs to be reserved. NB: the car park, which is situated under the hotel, is extreme tight for space. Anything bigger than a SUV, eg, Nissan Qasqui, will be too wide and long to manoeuvre.

the receptionist Emre was friendly and help a lot for the restaurant bookings as well

the facility should be more clean

The bed was comfortable and the location is good

Room is too small

Great location, friendly helpful staff, fantastic value & actually pretty good accommodation. Parking was secure garage underground & very reasonable. Highly recommended!

It was all good

Amazing location and friendly staff

Beds very hard and uncomfortable compared to other ibis budgets I’ve been to. Hotel is a little bit tired looking…

Clean not damaged or dated friendly staff local restaurant

Just needed an extra pillow
