Best Western Plus Crystal Hotel & Spa

The location and helpfulness of the staff was great. Overall clean, though musty smell from the shower. The food from room service was very good considering they don't have an on site kitchen. But there are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby too.

The spa was closed my whole stay for cleaning. It was the main reason I chose this hotel. Evenso, I received multple emails telling me I could reserve spa time but couldn't even load their app. They also have no onsite parking, but limited street parking.

The hotel is well-situated, with many of the attractions of Nancy in easy walking distance. My room was small but well-decorated, impeccably clean, and well-organized. It was also wonderfully quiet even though It faced the street.

Ideally located close to major transportation in Nancy. The hotel was clean, the staff were more than helpful and the breakfast was impressive. We very much enjoyed our stay and would do so again without hesitation.

There was a slight chill from the windows as the wind was high during stay. It was not that bad. It was however noticeable during the shower.

No on site parking but parking was close.

The rooms, breakfast, and staff were nice, as well as the location. It was quiet and not crowded.

The gym was rather small and had only a few pieces of sports equipment. Two of them were broken, so don't count on a good workout

Fantastic breakfast buffet (wide selection, fresh). An easy walk to railway station and to sights in Nancy. Very good Italian restaurant nearby.Nice spa and pool.Clean, functional and quiet room with good AC on a very hot day.

Breakfast was great, with many options to choose from. The front desk ladies were friendly.

I spent two nights and had a deposit of 400 € blocked from my account. It’s over one week later and the money is still blocked. This never happened with me before and it’s completely annoying.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast, excellent pool, excellent location and excellent staff.

There is no car park but plenty of local parking within 5 minute walk. Not a problem for us but some people with mobility problems who need parking very close by may struggle

Near the Stanislas square, good quality of bed

We were given a 14m2 room instead of 20m2 we had paid for. We complained and they accepted to change our room to a 20m2, arguing though they had upgraded us as if they had done a favour to us! A 20€ supplement was requested for our online special request for checking out one hour later! When we argued that they had approved this request without extra charge, they replied this was for our checkin time! This was however not subject to any special request as we had simply informed them by replying to their online question! Both incidents show the hotel does not follow clear and transparent rules thus misleading the customers who may fall into the trap of getting a lower level room than what the have paid for and other extra charges they have not consented to!

That they had a storage area for us to put my grandmothers wheelchair in. They were very friendly staff and was a great help in recommending local restaurants etc

The hotel has spacious rooms and seems newly refurbished

The cleaning team should be more careful (glasses,toiletries etc)

Breakfast was fine but would suggest to go around the corner. Better / cheaper

The place is near the Nancy Train station so it is super convenient when traveling. It has a spa on level -1 it looks awesome.

The bathroom has litter when I arrive it was disgusting.

All staff was kind and respectful. They were flexible and the room service was nice! The food tasted great for a relatively small price and the bar was amazing. They could make any niche drink you’d want by heart and have a great selection of beers. Wifi works well too!The spa is relaxing and soothing. They have cooled water with mint to drink after your sauna, it smells great and the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. It’s also the perfect depth: Being submerged until your shoulders while standing. Their system of booking a time slot is so there are never more than 12 people in the spa, however when there are less than 12 people that booked a slot, you can stay whenever you’d like and come and go. It’s also a good system to check when it’s likely that there are less people!

The tv apps don’t work well. If you’re keen on watching movies at night, bring a hdmi cable and your laptop!

We first booked a normal/small room. That was way too small. But then weee transferred to a bigger room (normal size) in the back. Very comfortable. Great spa. Perfect location.

Love this hotel in Nancy. I like everything. Very nice spa and modern clean rooms and great breakfast. Perfect location for us.
