Very nice hotel comfort and cozy. Easy access and close to train station and touristic sites. Totally recommended.

We booked as a family. The hotel has connected rooms and was not particular busy that day (one of our rooms was next to the elevator and we could only hear very limited traffic). Yet the hotel was not able to give us a connected room. Sorry is this so difficult to identify as an opportunity?The staff gave us only 1 room card per room. With 4 people and not a connected room this is unusual. Again, is this so difficult to identify as an opportunity?The hair dryer in one room was not working.The shower in one room had very very limited output.

The location is close to the station - about 2-3 blocks away. The bed was small but comfortable. The breakfast room and lobby were cool.

The room was super tiny. The bed barely fit in the room, and then they mounted a tv on the wall where you walk past the tv, and it would be easy to hit the tv since it stuck out about 5 inches. And two people trying to pass to opposite sides of the bed was impossible. Breakfast could be better.

Well located, close to the railway station and only 10 minutes walk to the main square. Everything was within walking distance. Room was small but adequate. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Good value.

This hotel is in a great central location—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 10 minutes to Place Stanislas. Our room was quiet, and while we didn’t try the hotel breakfast, it looked appealing. We fell in love with a charming breakfast spot just across the street (Mauricette) and went there every morning.

It was muggy during our stay, and unfortunately, the room’s climate system struggled to keep up—I had to rely on my own (noisy) portable fan to stay comfortable. The bathroom sink drained slowly due to a broken stopper, and the door squeaked loudly enough to wake us during nighttime trips. The beds were also quite firm for our liking. We didn’t contact staff about these issues during our stay, so they may have been able to help if we had.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful.

Carpet on the floor, but.most hotels have carpet.

They provided a safe space for our bikes. The room was comfortable though small. It was within comfortable walking distance to the main square, the historic district, the shopping area and the train station. The breakfast was good. We were comfortable walking to and from the light show in main square after dark.

No negative point, the value/price proposal is great.

Walked into dirty room, then got reallocated, then other guests were given room keys for my room who then accessed during my partner showered and I was on the bed half naked, no apology by staff, no wi-fi access during whole stay. bar wasn’t open until it was advertised - there was a risk of us losing our valuables as there was no safe in the room and we had strangers entering - I should be entitled for a refund really.

Very good value for the money: basic but clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, convenient location, quiet.

The room was adequate for our needs, and once we were able to get a room with air conditioning, it the worked properly. A reasonably close walk to the downtown core and old town square (a must-see).

The first room we were given did not have air conditioning and the reception tried to convince us to take the room as they provided a fan, even though we specifically requested air conditioning. Parking is a bit challenging. The nearest lot is about 3 blocks away, but it's difficult to drive to with all the one-way streets and blocked turns. Our GPS didn't know about all the road inconsistencies, so be careful where you drive.

No restaurant, but honestly at this price it’s a minor inconvenience.
