Smooth check-in, room very clean!

Bed in #7 very uncomfortable. Calm area but noisy stairs and cold bathroom.

Central location. Rooms were spacious.

Way too much lemon perfume trying to mask the cigarette smell. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable compared to room size.

Location is great. If you just need a place to flop that is close to everything, this is for you.

Please upgrade your room photos as they are NOTHING like they are in real life. Dingy, depressing, dark.

The location was good and the management was very helpful.

The room was on the upper floor with four flights of spiral stairs which were very challenging with a larger suitcase. The Wi-Fi did not work in the room since it was too far away from the signal. The floor was dirty. The water tasted very strange. There was no soap in the dispenser. With many older buildings it is very challenging to find an electric outletbut that is to be expected. But for the price I guess this place is OK.

Location and staff.

Room accommodation half a step up from a caravan. The hotel is very run down but is clean, staff are nice and it is cheap for the location.

Friendly staff; great location not far from a number of restaurants, shops, and the main tourist sites; wifi worked well in my room; bed was very comfortable; clean, well maintained room

Location in the city

It was very cold In the room old central heating system was not working properly, in the bathroom no heating at all ( for the winter just disaster) . During check in I had to ask about everything- no getting any information from the staff side. Breakfast for 8€ requires a little bit more effort in my opinion.

The receptionist was so good and accommodating

Limited hours of service. The hotel is not running 24 hours service. I arrived the hotel around 5 am morning but it was locked and no body to receive me at that hour until 8 am or 9 am, moreover I have no where to stay?

The receptionists were friendly. The location was good.

Wifi was very unstable and weak in my room. The curtain was too thin, and it was too bright in the morning and cold at night near the window. The room itself was quite cold at night.

Good breakfast in fabulous dining room. Excellent location.

Hôtel common parts and room felt a little dated

Room and bathroom spacious and clean. Light, elektricity, mirrors all oké. Quiet, functional and functioning. No luxury, not homely, simple and working.

Logging the labtop in in the hotel wifi did not prove easy. Mobile oké.

The location is so accessible to the tourist sites ( a few blocks of Stanislas Square, Cathedral, to name a few), central station, restaurants, parks, etc. The staff are also very helpful and approachable!

Inexpensive, close to the station and city center.

Clean but all is very old and worn. Paid Internet - why, in 2024?

The front desk carried my luggage up several floors to the room

One small towel, no wifi, thin walls, low ceiling and toilet wouldn't flush. Booked for 2 nights but left after the first night. Quite possibly the worse hotel room I've had

Inexpensive but spacious. Not luxury but perfectly adequate.

Very olde and bad furniture, not comfortable w and not as the pictures, WC are very strange and make high noise like a washing machine, horrible

Excellent location, a couple of blocks from Stanislaus square

We had no problem with sound but the walls seem thin and the decor won't win any competitions. But for the price it's great.

Very central position, few minutes walking from the main attractions. Cheap paid parking

Bugs in in the bed. The baby bed missed the base and own mattress (replaced by a camping mat) and barely stayed together. Dirty floor and poorly clean bathroom. The building is old and poorly maintained in the years.

Internet was not secured. Did not manage to get in, in any case even with the help of the staffI had ordered breakfast for 08h15 but as I woke up at 5h00, I decided to leave early to avoid traffic.I ask for a commercial gesture regarding the reimbursement of breakfast (coffee, tea and orange juice should not be a problem; I can only imagine that they might have already bought the "croissants"), so I think a gesture was possible but they never answered any of my messages. Not polite.

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the train station and close to the beautiful Place de Stanislas. It is in an older building, kind of a funky layout and decor. The room was clean and comfortable, good en suite toilet and shower facility. The staff were friendly and the breakfast basic continental. We only stayed here for one night between destinations, so it suited our needs fine.

If your expectations are a bit higher and require a more contemporary or classic style hotel this place isn't for you. As I mentioned it is old and aside from the bathroom facility in our room doesn't look like it has been updated much in the last decade or two.
