Hôtel REVOTEL Nancy Centre Gare et Congrès

Very basic, overpriced for what I got, thin walls, listened to my neighbour snoring all night, difficult staircase to negotiate with bags, very basic breakfast, avoid

Room was clean

The hotel is located in place where there is no parking. Nearest parking is about 300 yards away which is 22 euros for the night. No lift in the hotel. Had to drag my bags up the stairs on 5th floor. Toilet seat was broken. A sachet of shampoo provided for shower.

Room was lovely and clean Bathroom was the same .very comfortable.

Very difficult too climb two flights of spiral stairs with luggage very dangerous,,,,we think you have a drain problem, the smell was unbearable, on the landing. Was misinformed over parking, and no mention of stairs, should be on your information when booking, breakfast was poor.

Close to station. Clean and comfortable bed

No elevator but fortunately on first floor. The young person was nice to help me up the tight spiral staircase.

It gave a clean impression

The rooms are much smaller than you get from the pictures. The reception is a snackbar, so if you’re not expecting the fried smell it can be a bit unpleasant. The hotel only has a narrow staircase to go to the rooms. As we came with a toddler/stroller it was quite inconvenient as there was no place to leave it (except for in the car).

Modern room, efficient staff in restaurant on the corner. Excellent air conditioning.

We didn't get the breakfast which was included on the price. Staff knew nothing about it

It was cold!! Even with the radiator on. Even the windowsill was frozen!! The sink was clogged! The shower was clogged ! The water was cold !! I couldn’t take a shower ! The bed was hard !

The room was nice and clean, and with a good and quiet airco. There's a small fridge, a safe and to make tea or cappuccino.

The beds were not comfortable with hard mattresses. Reception desk is a take-out fastfood bar, very strange, so it took us a while to find it.

this property is worse place in world if you driving there with car,kids , elders , or luggage as you need to climb 80 to 90 steps to get to deluxe room floor four and five every time property it’s really hard to find no cods been given before as you need to collect key from steak restaurants and only smallboard on gate says about hotel not much information about property they just give you tea and butter and kids cheese to eat in breakfast and staff doesn’t understand english so it’s worry hart communicate with them and we were family of five as soon as two people had shower in morning hot water was finish and we ask them about hot water is not there they said it’s coming but never came this was disaster of our life

The hotel was clean and every day we had clean towels. The room includes a refrigerator. The hotel is next to the train station and bus stop.

The hotel doesn't have elevator and the stairs are small. Not very easy if you stay at 5th floor. The hotel doesn't have reception. The service is offered by the personel of the fast food restaurant downstairs. The WiFi was available only for 3 devices and code expired the last night. The breakfast was limited.

Room is perfect; spacious, clean, modern. The breakfast is basic but alright for French standards; hot beverage, croissant, bread bun, jam and nutella.

The checkin is very unusual, luckily I read the reviews else I would have no clue. Go to the Take Away burger place to collect the key and code.I stayes on the 2nd floor, so going up the steps was alright, but they have rooms up to the 5th floor.Tip: when using the public parking of the station, don’t use -1, this is expensive short term parking. Go down to level -2/-3.

it was very clean and the bed was big enough.

This isn’t a hotel. It’s a few rooms above a takeaway shop. It’s really hard to get into. Check in takes place in the pizza / kebab shop among people trying to collect food. Then you go back outside to fight with a coded door then once you manage to get in (loads of people struggle with it) you have a narrow spiral staircase to climb up with all your bags. The room is clean but tiny. The location is horrible - by the station and full of chancers.

The bedroom and bathroom were both excellent. The room had a fridge and a safe, which were both very useful. The room was very quiet given the city centre location. I stayed during a period of exceptionally hot weather and the air conditioning system coped with it brilliantly. I got the room to the exact temperature that I required. The breakfast was free within the package and was more than adequate. The staff were young, enthusiastic and very friendly.zy

This hotel is different! There is no reception or lobby. It sits above a cafe/restaurant/takeaway. When I arrived I was a little unsure what to do because I couldn't get in! You actually check in with the staff in the cafe. Rooms are accessed by a spiral staircase which you access from a door on the street. There is no elevator, so people with heavy bags would find it difficult on the stairs. The stairs also make it unsuitable for the elderly or people with very young children. However, when you embrace the concept the hotel grows on you. It was exceptional value for money and I would stay there again if I passed through Nancy.

The breakfast was not a real French breakfast. Breakfast in a Kebbab shop. Terrible, disgusting! The stairs leading to the rooms are dangerous and no elevator. Reception in the kebeb store, terrible idea! And the smells!!!

Located nearly in the city center. The motorbike can be parked in the public garage. There are also rings to fix it with a chain. Very clean and comfortable room.

Clean, close to Train Station, in the middle of all attractions. Karim (the owner) will help you out with everything. This hotel is very new, freshly renovated. you’ll checkin at their restaurant on the ground floor. All the people working there are amazingly very kind, helpful and always willing to help
