ibis Nancy Centre Gare et Congres

The location is perfect, just in front the train station, very cozy. Clean room, comfortable bed. The staff was very nice.

Nothing to complain, just been one night.

You always know what you are getting with Ibis- average sized rooms, clean & comfortable with friendly staff. This location checked all those boxes. I added breakfast and it was as good as usual. It's not fancy but it has everything you need at a fair price.

I had neighbors who were noisy but that isn't the hotels fault.

Great location for a stay like mine with rail transportation, and near city center.

There was an alcove with a kind of stand to put a luggage on, but it was too small although my bag was is quite standard (not carry-on size though). Without the stand (or with a different shape), I would have been able to put my bag anyway, but the stand forced me to put my bag in the entry, reducing a lot the comfort of the room

Location and value

Air conditioner was weak and did not keep the room cool. I did get a fan from the desk which helped immensely.

The room was a good size. The bedroom area and bathroom were clean. The staff were helpful and most were friendly. The location was great. Places to eat nearby and the train station across the road.

The breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed for three nights and the breakfast was only satisfactory on the final morning. That said, I would return to the hotel.

Good location, next to the train station

The hotel reception service is very very poor.When I checked out at around 7 o'clock in the morning, I saw her talking on the phone,I think a guest inquiring about the hotel business,I need invoicing services,But I didn't step forward to interrupt her call,I plan to wait until the call is over before issuing an invoice.but,I look at this female employee,She chatted happily for more than 10 minutes with no intention of ending.It was obvious that she was having a personal call conversation during work hours.I went over and stood in front of her,She continued chatting playfully for five minutes before ending the call.I told her I needed an invoice,I provided the documents needed to issue an invoicebut,the first time,She only issued me an invoice without nothing of the required documentation...the second timeNo tax number is filled in on the invoice...The complete invoice was not completed until the third time.A very poor hotel service experience.

Room very clean and tidy.

Breakfast was good, but would have preferred more cereal options.

The staff and the location

I was with my two kids, there was a broken sleep sofa in the room, no extra sheets, no extra pillow, and I had to fix the sleep sofa myself by laying something underneath so my oldest could sleep straight. Ridiculous.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location beside the central train station. We didn't use the restaurant.

Bed was good and baby bed was setup already. Everything was clean as expected. Also the bar was nice with friendly staff.

The location is super simple due to its proximity to the railway station in Nancy. You could literally fall off the train and land in this hotel. Staff were always polite & tolerant of my attempted French. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was handy with a good range on offer.

Honestly, this hotel met my expectations.

Check in was quick and staff friendly and professional.

Excellent breakfast selection. Lovely staff. Near station and supermarket.. good beds.Clean room although quite pokey..

Noise from street homeless people around station and lots of men hanging around made it an unsafe area at night.Decor in room very poor.Only one towel for 2. We didn't ask as stayed only one night.. No kettle or room drinks provided.No English channels on TV

Standard IBIS Hotel. Very handy for early trains.

Booking.com have (at 2022-10-21) the wrong location in their system.
