Good location

Old run down hotel. Very basic room, WiFi didn’t work, uncomfortable bed, broken lamp, no soap in bathroom, no staff on duty in the eveningOnly positive is the location Very expensive for the poor standard of this hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. We could store our bikes inside. Super convenient location and good value for money.

No AC, very hot at night.

Excellent location very close to the spectacular main square. Found a parking space right outside. The room was basic, as expected, but comfortable enough for a short stay. Ensuite bathroom as advertised and a very good price.

Fantastic location - few hundred meters from Place Stanislas. Easy to find parking spaces near the hotel. The room was clean and tidy.

The room was very small and the bed sheets were all syntetic which made it unpleasant to sleep in. I do understand it from a business perspective but that doesn't make it any nicer.

Inappropriate appearance of the rooms for 2024. Wouldn’t recommend even for the special offers price.

Price and location.

There are bed bugs! Stay away. Me and my brother got bited by full grown bed bugs. WIFI was slow and losing signal every 5 min.

The price and location are a really good deal.Since we had the cheapest rooms close to the center the size of the small rooms was no surprise.The breakfast was great too.

While everything was clean and spotless some secondary things including parts ot the shower and toilet have seen better days.

I had a defect in my room and when i went to staff all they said yes that is unfortunate...

Poor

There is no soundproofing at all, so you can hear everything being said in the other room from early in the morning. The staff doesn't speak English well. The outlet in the room is far away from the bed or desk, making charging difficult.

You don't expect luxury from a budget hotel, and some will be better than others. As long as you have a shower with hot water, it doesn't matter if some of the tiles need to be replaced.The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, despite the central location.The room was spotless and the light was bright enough to read by. Painted flower on one wall was a wonderful touch.

I can't seem to be able to shower without flooding the floor ?

The staff was excellent. My train got cancelled and they accommodated me in the best way. They let me check in at 3 am at night. I really liked it.

I think room sizes and washroom can be improved further. It does not look luxurious but I think that is ok. My stay was totally fine.

It was clean, quiet, easy to check in, comfortable bed, nice staff.

Extremely unsafe feeling because of loud men

Around 00.45 some really loud people entered the hotel, screaming and throwing with doors. As I stayed here with my 9 year old, it was a very scarry experience in not in a good way. We felt very unsafe.

I have an issue with the rating system. First my host was very welcoming and deserves 11 stars for not speaking english. It was her attitude and demeanor that shows.the host in the morning very unwelcoming and discriminating period. Bonjour the what room am i in. Ok but 4 other people came and not one of them where asked what room they were in. Also 10 min to check out call? Haha. Yes its real. I have stayed in hostels to 5 star and never have i received a call 10min before check out. So i come down and i say thank you here are your keys. Oh what time is it? She says 11 but the clock behibd her says 1055am haha managment handle your people your reviews are down for a reason but you dont seem to care.

Discrimination and attitude.! You can have 20 star hotel and food but with rude people you get a 1 from me! People start rating the service and peoples actions. We pay for enjoyable not attitudes! If you dont like your job then QUIT!

Very centralcomfortable bed

Very small room. Bedsheets even though looked fresh, still had some hairs on them - I assume they use not so good loundry services. I confirm previous comments about bad smell from the toilet. Extremely loud at night when people go back from parties (on Saturday), doors are very old and work very loud...i woke up few times. All in all it was OK for the price and location, I would rather recommend only if you plan to have a short stay.

location is excellent; staff super friendly; not too bad to find parking in the surroundings.

light wasn’t working, though to be honest it didn’t matter too much as we used the bathroom one instead. it’s a bit dated, but not terribly so. a lot of stairs.
