We were overcharged at check-in, we were given a room on the top floor and told that the lift wasn't working. The room had no soap of any kind.

Terrible experience

The smell of cigarette in the room was horrible. I tried to shower but gave up after 3 minutes because there was no hot water. There was only one towel which did not look clean at all. There was a hole in the bed sheets. It was so noisy (music) that I could not sleep and ended up calling the police around 2:00 a.m. Overall terrible experience, would not recommend.

When we arrived slightly delayed at front door was locked and there was no one to help. We had to find another hotel but they still charged me the full rate

The position was ideal but that is all you pay for! The breakfast was decent as well.

The room was super cold, and the the heating was not working. The facilities and amenities really basic. Very low value for money. The check-out day, the staff at the reception refused to keep our luggage because "the hotel was closed for the day!"

I had questions about check in but they just don’t answer. Arriving there and the reception is empty, door is closed and there is a phone number but the phone off. After a while someone is coming and you pay 12 euro extra, which you already payed on booking, but they don’t care. The room is not that clean, no shelves or wardrobe, I don’t mind, ok, can’t pack out my stuff, ok, there is no shower gel and just a half toilet paper for three days, ok. Reception is always empty, ok. But that’s not ok, it’s december and NO HEATING, cold like a fridge, so cold. They know, so there are extra blankets. Heating is on in the evening for 1-2 hours only, then I couldn’t sleep cause was so cold. I tried to make hot shower but all the room cold so everything is wet, all my clothes and in three days I couldn’t make my towel to get dry. I tried to find someone but reception is empty. When I found a man he was kind but lying to me, all night is going the heating, I told him it’s not true cause I wake up and can’t sleep in the cold. Disaster. Nancy is beautiful so after good hours outside in the city you get back a cold and wet hotel. They have lot of 1,1, 4……. Then somehow many 10, 10, 10…… same person give 10,10 and anonim……. I didn’t check enough, I just saw the new 10,10,10…… never happened this with me, never in December hotel without heating…….. I don’t know what’s the reason, save money, I didn’t want write anything bad cause I don’t know reason……. I tried to focus on positive……. but I also spent my money there and I wanted enjoy those days, and sleep also ……. this all its not ok, to do like this, its not ok

Great location right adjacent to the Stanislaus Square. Staff very friendly.. Recent renovation and room very clean. Clean is my top priority so maybe should get higher points.

The room is very small. No place to put anything. In the shower even the head did not have a holder.. Typical of these old hotels you can hear everything. The street outside has lots of restaurants, the noise was not a problem until around 2am. Roudy people leaving bars I guess woke us up. Then garbage trucks around 6am.

This hotel was our worst experience in the whole 2-weeks journey (new hotel every night). For the level of comfort and services I’d not give them even 1 star. The room was tiny, for 2 people there was 1 shaky hook for a single towel, no horizontal surfaces in the room to put even a book (there is one triangle “shelf” in the corner, which can hardly accommodate 2 cellphones). There’s no hook or anything to hang the shower, you have to hold it all the time, very handy when washing your hair… And it has not fallen off: it has never been there, interesting design... In addition, the shower was dirty, I had to clean the shower drain myself! This was disgusting. The service was also not the best. They smile, yes, but we had a strong feeling of not being welcome – and they charged 7 Euros per bike just to put them in the corner right near the registration desk, with very questionable security! This has never happened to us in all our cycling journeys (we have a many years’ experience). This is outrageous, because this information was not provided neither on the website of the hotel (even if they claimed it was) nor on Booking.com. All in all: stay away from this hotel!

A very convenient location, in the city centre , very close to the Stanislas square. The room is spacious, the beds are large. The bathoom is modern and nice

We got charged more even though we completed the Booking beforehand. Had to ask for towels and shampoo and the room was pretty old and not clean at all.The mattress was very worn out and disgusting. An absolute scam considering the price we paid!
