Clean, comfortable, close to supermarket

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Family friendly.

They were absolute stars for finding 2 rooms for us even though they were fully booked. The staff was super polite and helpful. The box next to the bed with eye mask and ear plugs and a little perfume spray is a nice touch.

We stayed for 5 nights and didn't clean a room only after we said the room cleaning women.

This hotel was dumpy, at best. Bugs in the food, rooms were not comfortable and terribly overpriced for the lack of atte

Friendly staff,

Leaking toilet in room 318 - listening to water running the whole night, clearly a problem for sometime judging by the yellow stain the toilet.

Some guests are leaving garbage in front of the room and offen eat in the room and cook so this cause bad reputation

Unfortunately that’s a difficult question

Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standards we expected.The first room we were assigned was appallingly unclean: stains everywhere, dirty toilet. The window was left open upon arrival, leaving the room freezing and extremely uncomfortable for our family. Despite booking for two adults and one child, the room was not adequately prepared for our child. No extra bed or appropriate arrangements were made.Following our complaint, we were moved to another room. While it was cleaner, it was infested with small millipedes, likely due to the low temperatures in the room. This made our stay incredibly unpleasant and unsanitary, particularly with a child. Also room temperature was 17 degrees and it took approximately 10 hours for heating system to increase temperature up to 20 degrees. Again, this is not what you expect paying 100€ per night. We have sent a formal complaint to the hotel but no reaction at all.

Very nice the Staff was very friendly.The one thing they have a sauna for all guest. I didn't used because I was very busy with my family.May be next time.

Dirty walls in the room, dirty elevator, no kafee machine in the kintchen. Next day no one came to clean the room

The room was nice and big. Very good organized with the baby bed. Calm surrounding. Delicious breakfast.

At the breakfast buffet they didn't fill up things which are gone.

The breakfast us really good.

Their are no sharp knifes in the room. So even their is a kitchen in thr room, cutting vegetables is a challenge.

Spacious room , the AC was very welcome. Free coffee.

Need better pillows, the outside of the property could be better maintained.

Cleanliness was superior. Also, and probably most important the staff was great and very flexible - huge thanks for that.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but that was known in advance.

The room is big and has a lot of space for the bags.

It would be nice to have a TV with Netflix. I liked that there is a room service every day to change the towels and to remove the trash but it would be very nice to have the room’s floor cleaned as well, since the it has a kitchen.

Clean, simple rooms. Staff at reception was helpful.

Front and Inner courtyard of hotel was weedy and unkept.

The breakfast was a complete spread and I would say it’s nice. However, it is obvious a situation of manpower shortage. The 2 ladies staff are responsive and friendly but no matter how, with the situation of many unclean and unkept tables for my 3 nights stay, where I have to clean the tables myself, and the frequent shortage of cups and plates, my family and I felt that the breakfast experience is tainted with the service experience.

When we first entered the Hotel Lobby at around 8pm of our check in day, there was only 1 lady staff and she was busy with 1 customer who was making a din. At the same time, there was a queue of 4 other customers holding on to beers, snacks and drinks waiting to pay and also waiting for the same lady, and there we are, family of 9 who had booked 4 rooms, waiting for the lady to check us in. Finally when we are being checked in, the lady gave us key for only 1 room. Upon asking her to check again with booking.com she gave another key. And lastly, after a final prompt, a 3rd key. I couldn’t understand why there was no link although all booked under my name Mary Tan. I was upset that despite advance booking months ahead, we were not given 4 rooms of the same floor. I thought that was a simple ask. Hotel staff lady at the reception was unfriendly and I accommodating. I sought to speak to the manager. A half drunken looking man came out and speaks while standing too close to our comfort and assure us he is the manager and ask if he can give us a drink. We replied no. He said he will see if he can arrange our 4th room at 416 to the same floor with our family at 205, 209 and 215. We waited till the 4th day of our stay, just to see if he is sincere because we doubted. He had proven us so right. Nothing but a pack of lies. What can you expect from a drunk manager anyway? Lastly, to our horror, we found all our 4 kettles to be placed at the top of our TV console. Out of reach from our elderly parents. We called the receptionist at 11.45pm asking them if they can assist our parents with the kettle as they would like to boil some water for tea. The front desk staff asked us to callback next morning as he said there’s no staff available on duty. Such is the appalling act of the hotel staff. To the owner of the hotel-your rooms are spacious and comfortable. It’s such a great pity, your entire Team needs coaching or maybe a revamp as the existing team is perceived as incompetent.

The hotel is really new and nice. Every apartment had a kitchen, where we could prepare our breakfast.There is also free coffee in the lobby.

The locatio is in an industry zone, so not much to do, but the S-Bhan is 15min walking away and the store to buy food is near.

A peaceful location near a big shopping center and a fuel station in the suburbs. With direct access to the road to Stuttgart. With a lot of parking space.
