Centro Hotel Boblingen, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

It's a simple, basic hotel. Nothing fancy, just a good place to stay. The price is in line with this, so the value for what you're getting is outstanding. Staff are great, the room is nice and clean and breakfast is very good.

The location wasn't great, it seemed like a warehouse district. No place to get food & didn't even have a microwave in the room

I love the quietness and privacy

The bathroom and the bedsheet were clean but the floor was not vacuumed and there were paper condoms under the bed and the white mattress lining was stained.Otherwise a lovely place to unwind and relax and the Breakfast is ok.

It was very bad I wouldn’t recommend

Some of the receptionist were rude . And they were in no help I wanted to check out early because i had an emergency they wouldn’t help me . The room and the bathroom were filthy and they only gave me 1 towel for my stay i booked it for 3 days

Breakfast very small and typical German style (those folks should reallz go to Poland and learn how to prepare a good breakfast). Also the beds are nasty and have two separate mattraces although it was a double bed, super incovenient...

WiFi didn’t work during my stay.

Charged double!

I was charged double for my stay. I paid the full amount through Booking.com on the day of my arrival, but then the receptionist claimed the payment didn't go through so I had to pay again at the check out. Turned out both payments went through. I tried calling and writing to the hotel many times (nobody spoke English there) and I talked to customer service at Booking.com, but to this day (it's been over two weeks) I haven't heard a word from anyone. According to the automatic email I got from them, they were supposed to reply latest in 48 hours, but nothing. I hope someone from Booking.com reads this cause I would appreciate the refund of one of the payments.

It is clean.

It is old, can use renovation. You can hear any noise coming from nearby rooms. Dissapointing breakfast.

Cheap feeling

Old and no good shape, WiFi useless and location more remote then expected

The location. It's very close to Panzer Kaserne and the younger lady at the reception was always kind to me when I had a problem.

Worst housekeeping ever. I was told by the same young lady at the reception who informed me that the housekeeping guy about how my room was untidy and a mess. First of all I had a lot of stuff since I was moving in the town, other than that, that was nothing that would make my room a "mess", it was pretty decent. But do not forget that I am the customer and I paid for the stay, housekeeping should NEVER complain about the status of your room. It's your job to clean it and make the bed, which most of the times they never did and I would come back after work with no towels replaced nor my bed was remade. Absolutely annoying.Also the bed's frame was scraped off and had all kinds of things falling in my bed whenever I leaned on it.

Room and bath large, quiet.

The light in the room (lamps) was poor and the curtains suspension was partly out of its rails. Some old large stains on the fitted carpet. No Bus or so from the station to the hotel (20-25 minutes walk)

The person who helped me (site manager, I guess), was really helpful.

I was charged 150 euro for leaving my key card in the room. If I did not have to, I would never book another stay in this hotel. The whole hotel is shabby.

Pleasant

Personnel could not speak other language than Deutsch. Even though I informed in advance I will arrive between 20-21h, when I came, reception was empty. There were 2 other guests waiting for check-in, we ware waiting for 20 minutes before anyone came. Hotel was full of some construction workers who spend the evening oustide on the entrance stairs and around hotel drinking beer.

Good value in the bathroom was very clean
