The key is locked in a password cabinet, which is very convenient to take. The room is big and clean.Parking costs 8 euros, but there is plenty of free parking on the street.

We booked two rooms and BOTH had NO hot water, either in the sink or bathroom. We tried the tap in every direction and waited for hot water to come out, but unfortunately it didn't.
Reception only worked until 12 noon so we could not find any staff to help us.The heater in the bathroom didn't work even though it was turned full on so the bathroom was cold. But we couldn't shower as there was no hot water either.

The owner was exceptionally gracious, allowing us to check in early at no additional charge. Our room was well-equipped with a fan, iron, and kettle, which added to our comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room size was quite generous. We also enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee in the dining area, which was a nice touch!

The hotel is situated in a semi-industrial area, which may not offer the most scenic surroundings. While parking is available, there is an additional fee. One downside was the lack of ventilation in the room; to enjoy fresh air, you will need to open the window.

Location, good price for this value, clean, great and kind staff, good breakfast with lots of variety of foods for reasonable price

You have a very big parking, I see no reason to charge extra, since it's outside parking, not really any heavy maintenance.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of room, spacious, quiet. It also has a small bar area outside with a large TV and a vending machine.

The price is high, maybe because of a trade show and the euro cup during that time. The reception may close early on Sunday afternoon. If you did notice in advance it might be inconvenient in case you need additional assistance.

Disappointed over the breakfast issue.

Upon checkout I was unexpectantly asked to pay seperately for breakfast as this had been booked and not cancelled in advance. This is unusual, when you book a room with breakfast you normally pay for all together. Furthermore within the booking I find NO reference that breakfast was included but needed to be paid for seperately upon checkout.

The room looked nice and the bed was good enough, firm too.

Location: it is NOT in Böblingen it is in a industrial estate on the outskirt of Böblingen. There is absolutely nothing. No café, no restaurants, no bars. Only a poor old shopping center a kilometer down the road with run down facilities for run down visitors.No staff:come the evening they all go home and there is nobody at reception to manage problems...Lots of noise: this motel is used by eastern European shift workers it seems. From about 9pm it was only doors slamming, people shouting from room to room, heavy walking up and down the corridors.I called the hotel and spoke to a rude man who could not care less. So I called the police to get some peace in a "hotel boutique". What a bad experience.It seems the hotel manager eventually decided to make the trip and ask the workers to keep it down.Like in two many places the smoking area is directly in the front of the door...

The personal was very kind and professional. The beds were excellent and the shower was hot and with lots of pressure. I felt welcome and at home for one night. Breakfast was better than most business hotels with lots of fresh fruits and berries.

I actually enjoyed the complete stay in this hotel. I can not find one negative thing I need to share!

That I ha dto pay extra for parking. Hotel is located in an industrial zone. There was plenty if unlimited street parking. There was no mention of marking costing extra. At least not noticed by myself.

It was clean

Booked a date in October in error, as I was quite tired from drive over from Prague! I contacted them immediately. Even though the stay is almost 2 months away, they refused to cancel or even reschedule. After that I booked for the night! I completed their online check in, then nothing. I waited almost 30 mins, as I was struggling to get a call out due to the poor signal, but I had been able to get signal by walking up the road a little. At which point I was provided a pin to gain access. No air con in the room, so bare that in mind during the warmer months, they did provide a tower fan, but this did very little to impact the temperature in the room.

Clean, quiet, up to date, easy check in, very responsive to questions

Location is in the middle of an industrial area, though there was a grocery store within walking distance

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great: there is good choice of fruit, bakery, cheeses, juices, etc. Location is about 10 minutes of walk from the S-Bahn station Hulb. Though the surroundings are very dull: it's all mechanical workshops and shops of used cars. Bathroom is big and recently renovated.

Air conditioning is not great. On a hot summer night it is hard to fall asleep. Bed is a bit hard. The worst is the smell of either synthetic carpets or cleaning liquids which is hard to get used to.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately one of our person couldn’t come but we had to pay breakfast for her, after we did breakfast, even if she was not there.

1) The staff was very friendly and attentive.2) The rooms were clean and comfortable.

1) WIFI connection was constantly interrupted. This happened on several devices.2) Staircase and corridors were heavily perfumed.3) TV did not allow wireless connection to external devices (cell phone, tablet, etc.).

Breakfast is very good. Vianca the cook is very friendly and very helpful.
