Room was clean, AC was working well (silent and smooth), good variety at breakfast menu

There was no table in the room to work on the laptop.There was no cupboard to put cloth in.

Clean rooms, great staff, good location

The location is within walking distance to the old town. The facility and rooms were modern and eco friendly. Breakfast was great, beers were cold, and the staff was wonderful.

Could use a mini fridge but there are cold drinks and good food available. And even a washsalon nearby. I really have no complaints

Cleanliness and quietness

Breakfast is so expensive so we didnt get it. The half price of the hotel shouldnt equal to the breakfast. If the breakfast had been up to 10 euros we would have bought it. 19 euros is too much. And not a good stategy

Breakfast was nice. Good selection of foods.

No tissues in bathroom. Beds too soft. No map of area available at front desk. We arrived early and they stored our luggage. We knew we could not check in to our room as we were early but they could have done the administrative process of checking us in.

The location was very convenient especially since we were traveling by train.

Our sink stopper was broken and the design of the shower head/stall door was not ideal. Water would come out of the shower and make the ground very wet.

The breakfast buffet was good and filling. The room was clean. Requested new towels and got them not long after. The location was convenient to walk from to the town center. There was a Lidl around the corner to get water from.

The first room we were given smelt badly, thankfully they were accommodating and gave us a new room. The "wet room" style of the bathroom meant you'd get your socks wet if you went to the toilet after someone had showered. The parking was 15 Euros a night so it was better to find a spot along the road, if you were lucky.

The rooms were modern, clean and a good size. It was close to the train station to get into Stuttgart city. Housekeeping staff always had a smile on their faces and always said hi. The TV chromecast with inbuilt Bluetooth speaker was a bonus!

The breakfast had a good selection of food however, was missing bacon 2 out of 3 days, even though it states it on the board at the buffet and I heard multiple guests asking staff for it. Most of the hot food was cold (they need to figure out a better way of keeping the food hot so it doesn't go cold so quick). And the breakfast staff were not that friendly. I asked for more scrambled eggs as the pot was empty and he said it would be 10 minutes, the eggs never got refilled, so I went without.

My room was facing the front. I could not keep my windows open to have fresh air because the smoke pit is directly below it and throughout the night people outside were loud. It was an awful night to try and get some rest

Don’t stay at this hotel

Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows are terribly uncomfortable. Rooms are very small. I have paid too much money and it is not worth it.

For us it was perfect. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. U-Bahn is close and with that it is easy to reach the city center.

Very good location, private parking if needed. Short walk from old city or more restaurants.

Bed was comfortable and room location is good for sleeping. The bean bags on the lounge were cozy and the photo camera added an extra touch for moments.Serwan, was friendly, accommodating and empathetic.

Being greeted by staff having a smoking break at the entrance. No knowledge about vegan options for breakfast as well as information about the area and the check in process took quite some time.There was a blue stain on the heater in the toilet and the hair dryer cord was a little dusty.We checked in nearly at 11pm and requested for a complimentary late check out. It was not approved by the check in staff. Luckily, the calling the reception next day to ask for late check out worked.

staff was nice and helpful. very quiet, with good ac and comfortable beds

going to esslingen is a 25min walk or a trip with the train.
