Having the room ready for early check in (noon) after a long transatlantic flight! And the location in walking distance to Christkindl market ...

Dining at hotel restaurant on Christmas Eve was restricted to a few folks with reservation only.

Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Excellent hotel near Xmas markt/Altstadt. Great staff and cozy, clean, excellent rooms. Gluhwein at check-in was nice! And Xmas chocolates in the room on arrival, nice touch!Great lobby, lounge bar area. Feels like a new hotel with all the decor and furnishings. 10 min walk to altstadt. Parking in city garage under the hotel, entrance on the side. We found parking even during tge Xmas markt period. Elevator from parling to lobby and room levels. Will stay here again if in the area.

Parking under hotel has gone up from the €12 mentioned by hotel to €14 now for 24hours in dec 2025. Breakfast price seemed a bit high, so we went to altstadt coffee shop.

Excellent breakfast. Great location to the Christmas Market. Staff very friendly.

Busy time due to the holiday season so at times a bit noisy. Too be expected.

Loved that the room had a sofa and a desk/chair - the room was more spacious than all the other rooms we stayed in during our trip and having the sofa as additional seating was wonderful. They have welcome cookies/welcome gluhwein downstairs and also a little candy bar that you can take from any time which was awesome. They also have a sauna (dry/wet/and infrared) but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it before they closed it at 10pm (wish they had let us know about it closing at 10pm when we checked in!).

The shower doesn’t have a door that closes off the area so water gets everywhere. Also, could tell some of the tiles and other parts of the shower were older, but that personally didn’t bother me too much.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. This expensive if a smaller breakfast is desired

I loved the location and the clean, modern look of the hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful. It was a quick walk to the center of town.

We booked this room specifically to attend the Christmas market. The location was just a short walking distance from the market and the hotel was clean a very comfortable. The amenities were very nice also.

The breakfast was good though some of the "hot" dishes were not (scrambled eggs). The location was very good.

The bed was just too hard for me and the pillows were not comfortable. I am glad I only had the one night. We also had to wait to check in as no one was at the desk, but the staff was pleasant.

Great location close to the beautiful town center.The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had.

You do have to pay 14Euro per day for parking.

Great front desk staff! The gentleman who helped us was very accommodating and got our room set up for three people. There was a slight language barrier (my fault, I do not speak German) and he did all he could to answer all my questions and get us settled.

We booked a room for three and the sofa bed was not set up.

Breakfast was amazing, with great quality food. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The berries and welcome note were really cool. Hand and body soap of great quality too.

Pillow was uncomfortable for my husband, but it was great for me. That's very personal.

This place was great, location, breakfast, rooms, and staff were all wonderful.

If you want individual room AC, get a superior room. My only complaint is I did not do research prior to booking, so I did not upgrade to a room with AC and it was hot. The staff was wonderful and gave us fans to use.

Location vas wonderful, walking distance from the old town and castle. Breakfast was really good, a lot of choices.

One of the towels had yellow stains, also no airco and a very hot room.
