    Pros +

    • Possibly the best hotel experience on the island. Modern facilities, cleanliness, beautiful yard and gardens. Delicious breakfast. Spectacular views and location on the Akamas peninsula.
    • Been coming here over the years with family and love it.It has maintained its high standards over the years
    • Location, good breakfast buffet, lovely view ,nice beach

    Cons -

    • Pillows were hard for me personally
    • The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we had to leave.
    • It would have been nice to have a swimming pool as not everyone likes the sea. I'm not keen on cats and there are a fair few around but then it is Cyprus. The owners allow pets so there were a few dogs in the restaurant and bar area, not sure about this but it did not spoil my time here at all.

Perfect location. Friendly staff and owners.Even though we were fasting the food was unbelievable.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we had to leave.

Large rooms, immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. Bathroom exceptionally clean, towels supplied. I asked for a beach towel and a kettle and mug. Both provided immediately free of charge. The staff are so friendly and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble, an absolute asset to the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone. The buffet dinner is worth every penny and is so reasonably priced. The menu is very well priced and I ate here for lunch too. The grounds are very well kept. The pebble beach is minutes down a steep slope but very calm and peaceful. I intend to return to this beautiful relaxing place, it's a hidden gem.

It would have been nice to have a swimming pool as not everyone likes the sea. I'm not keen on cats and there are a fair few around but then it is Cyprus. The owners allow pets so there were a few dogs in the restaurant and bar area, not sure about this but it did not spoil my time here at all.

“This is an excellent hotel. It’s not our first time staying here. Whenever I want to travel toward the pole, I always choose this hotel because it allows pets. And if I’m lucky enough to get a room with a sea view, the stay becomes absolutely wonderful.

There’s nothing wrong with this hotel as long as you clearly understand that you’re going to a classic three-star. It’s a modern hotel with very, very simple breakfasts. If you’re not expecting anything extraordinary, you won’t find anything to complain about.

2nd time stay within a year. For me its the best place to book in Cyprus. You have everything you want, in the beach, restaurants, local flavors, hospitality but most importantly: το εκκλησάκι της Παναγίας μας !

Have nothing to say at all

Great location such a beautiful spot right by the Akamas park for beautiful beaches and walks. All staff from cleaners, serving staff and mother and son managing hotel were very attentive and friendly. Lovely family run business feel, rather than soulless chain run hotel. Buffet breakfast and evening buffet were great too.

We had mixed feelings about this property, which didn’t quite align with the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The hotel has great potential and could easily be a 4-star establishment with some improvements. At first glance, the property gives the impression of a luxurious retreat—until small details, like a worn-out ping-pong table, start to detract from the experience. Upon entering the building with the rooms, the atmosphere shifts to more of a motel feel. While the rooms have been refurbished, some outdated elements remain, such as a shabby shower curtain, worn bathroom floor towels, loose bathroom hangers, and visible ceiling openings. Additionally, the cleaning staff could benefit from better training, both in maintaining cleanliness and reporting maintenance issues. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. From stale bread to overly greasy eggs, the selection left much to be desired—though the coffee was decent. On a positive note, the hotel is set in beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful surroundings. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, but the management appears to be where the real issues lie. With better oversight and attention to detail, this property could truly live up to its potential.

The position of this hotel is beautiful views over the bay and lovely beach . The staff were so pleasant and there was a lovely friendly atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was good as was the evening buffet dinner.

The bedroom was large and clean but fairly basic . No kettle/ coffee maker in the bedroom.A car is advisable.

The rooms were spacious and had a bath as well as a shower lovely after a hike to soak in a bath ! The staff were all so helpful and extremely efficent . The owners really go out of their way to please you and everyone. The buffet is lovely and varied and great value for money .The added bonus for myself they are very pet friendly .Cats roam freely and dogs allowed in put restaurant it's perfect ? Stella is their own well behaved super friendly dog .Buta and the little waiter that works with her really work very hard credit to this hotel service with a smile ?

The pillows just could not get comfortable on any of them ?
