Big room, property has warm pool

The rooms on the pictures that are presented are not the same as in reality, feels like they are photoshopped

We really liked the location, although we visited off-season and were not able to enjoy all the opportunities it offers in the summer season. The child also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a pleasant surprise.

Unfortunately, we were unable to get the hot water in the room to work.Also, keep in mind that if you visit off-season, most nearby restaurants close very early, and this information is not always accurately presented online.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and nice to chat to. Property had more or less everything you need. Breakfast was good.

It is not the cleanest. It could do with a real deep clean as it is quite grubby, thick layers of grime and dust everywhere. The whole facility is very dated, needs a refurbishment. Lots of things were broken. The pools were dirty and freezing cold and the sauna was out of order.

Great breakfast - best I've come across in Cyprus. Hotel superbly located for exploring Akamas, Neo Khorio, Latchi and Polis areas, including coastal drive to Pomos.

The electric wall switch system - covering lights, air-con and heating - can be confusing and some labels would be helpful.

The hotel is very near Latchi beach and the Aphrodite Baths. There was an indoor and outdoor pool as well as whirlpool. The room was large and the staff helpful.

The kitchenette had an ant infestation. The towels and sheets were clean but old and discolored. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options but they were all processed foods like rolls that were clearly bought at a grocery store in bulk. Some of the fruits were form a can.

Breakfast was the only redeeming factor

There was no water when we checked in at 5 pm so we left for early dinner. When we returned at 8 pm there was still NO WATER, NO TOILET FLUSHING and we desperately wanted to shower and use the toilet.THE A/C CONTROl in the second bedroom did not work, so not only did I not have water bt no a/c. All the instructions were in Russian. The worst hotel we have stayed in, hands down.

We had a nice terrace with a great view. The pool area was nice, there was also a salt pool and indoor pool.with jacuzzi and sauna but it wasn't turned on when we were there. Great location, with a car just a short drive to the Latchi harbour and promenade. We were very surprised by the breakfast which was great also for vegetarians, the kids loved the freshly made pancakes.

The pictures on booking did not match the room which was much more simple and a bit worn out.

We had a small private pool with our room, unexpected, wasn't listed, really nice, great surprise. It was clean as well.

The bed wasn't very comfterable, I'd say OK.

The rooms are like small apartments, some with private yard with a swimming pool or a jacuzzi and small kitchen. plenty of back yard parking places. central out doors pool with relaxing music and snack bar. for winter times they have the inside pool as well. breakfast buffet was very good with many types of fresh food. each room had its own air conditioner unit.the location is just 5 minutes drive from Latchi shore with many good restaurants and cruse to the famous Blue Lagoon.

The water of privet room pool was a bit cold, apart of that all was very good, we are happy with our decision to stay at this hotel.

Everything was very good. A spacious, large, and clean apartment. Overall everything was very good.

Clean facilities, nice pool areas (indoor and outdoor), nice breakfast with lots of varieties, great destination for families.

Nearest location to Akamas and Blue Lagoon beach.Common pool with a kid's pool. Decent breakfast.

Our studio wasn't quite renovated as shown in the pictures. Broken floor tiles with marks on it, rusted shower door. Toilet wasn't flushing properly. Not properly cleaned as we found a broken part of glass in the bathroom which was really dangerous for our toddler to step on. Not all channels on TV were working. Poor wifi network.

The pool was very good and the snacks were delicious! The breakfast was excellent with many choices.Clean rooms and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Some details were missing to make it excellent.For example, a playground for the kids.Also some things in the rooms need to be replaced like the soap stand which was corroded, the main door and the bathroom door which were broken.Also, an umbrella on the balcony was missing, and it was too hot to be used during noon and afternoon hours.

Location is great - room was comfortable size-wise - balkony was also good. Polite staff. Overall the experience was pleasant but we never used any of the facilities.

parking area is too small - a wall in the room had humidity - breakfast was basic - swimming pool area was small. I'd be happier if we paid less for what we got. It is overpriced.

I liked the location, close to Latchi beach, Latchi Harbour, tavernas. Room was quite big and had 4 beds as we ordered. There was a pool, pool bar and cute garden with birds and handmade things.

ACs are very old and work not well producing noise at night. There were no shampoo, conditioners, only liquid soap. No spoons. And in general everything is very very old. Pool area is also not very clean and comfortable.

It is an economical choice for a short stay in Latchi, while most of similar hotels are unreasonably expensive. We enjoyed the indoor and the outdoor pool. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was also good enough.

The bathroom had a bad odour. And there were ants in the bathtub. The overall impression is that the hotel is not very well maintained.

Good rooms, good kitchen equipment. Quite place for relaxing.

Swimming pool wasn't very clean, flowers from palm tree was everywhere. Pool was closed for cleaning from 9.00 to 10.30 while everyone wants to swim.

The hotel is very cozy. Nice size, obviously not in its hey-day, but doesn't feel like a cheap place either. The breakfast was exceptional! The swiming pools were nice and family friendly too. The dry sauna was a really nice bonus! The kitchen in the room was surprisingly well stocked with all the utensils and some seasonings for cooking, which we really enjoyed!The garden area just across from the rooms was also very lovely, we enjoyed a nice sit in the shade.

The wet sauna was not opporational. This didn't at all diminish our experience, especially considering we've never used one before. This would be the only thing we could come close to saying we didn't like.

Not much. The living room was very spacious, but that's about it.

The photos on booking.com for this place are misleading. This place had very dirty outdoor places, the indoor was very smelly. It smelled like mold. All the kitchen cupboards when you open them smelled horrible. There were a lot of issues with this place but the main one is that it smelled mold. With two young kids, this was unacceptable. We actually could not stand it anymore and left earlier.
