Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

First of all, thanks to staff , we talked not a lot but I always met from them smiling). I visited Girne many times and can say with confidence this hotel is so good for price and comfort

Good central location, close to cafes and restaurants. Nice friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

It was extremely noisy all through the night. Cars reving their engines or blasting loud music.

Nothing was good

No hot water. I could not lock the balcony door, so I felt unsafe all night. It was freezing cold in the room. I paid €60 but never again

The location was excellent

We were given what appeared to be staff quarters upon the roof amongst all the laundry, ironing, storage and rubbish. There were also children playing up there. The hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms. We just left earlier than planned. The AC fin was not working so the AC was directing on to us all the time. Causing me to get a chill after just one evening. There was no where to fix up the shower hose, so had to shower with one hand. The room was noisy as we were on the roof next to the adjoing hotels roof bar.

staff were on the indifferent side. the plaster walls are super thin, like Japanese paper wall thin. you can perfectly follow the bath routine or your neighbours conversation along

Nice,clean comfortable room, very close to the harbour and shops.

1- Reservation through Booking.Com was very swift and accurate.2- Hotel location was good3- Bed, Towls, internet were good4- Good service by receptionist Mr. Tayfon and housekeeping staff

1- Team at reception on the day time 08 June was very unprofessional and rude. I requested them to extend check out for one hour, and they started making fun of me in local language with laughing faces.I told them that I will make a complaint to Booking. Com and reply was "doesn't matter to us".2- Hotel has no electricity back up, on 7th June there was a long power outage and it was very difficult to be in the room in such high temperature. They said we do not have standby generator.3- Besides requests, Hotel does not offer even an hour late check out.4- Staff does not understand or speak English5- Toilet commode seat and shower area drain were out of order.6- Upon reservation I made a querry about airport to hotel transfer, I was offered a taxi of 50€ where as Airport bus taking 260TL has just a station 100 yards from the hotel

Right in the middle of everything..value for money

There were no food or drink just a room x a lot of stairs. But I should have told them that. Also I was getting emails to say I haventvpaid. My credit card didn't work and they may have to cancel. It was incredibly stressful till o got there and told them that booking.com said pay on arrival which I did

The location couldn't have been better..The Queen suite was beautiful and roomy, the main balcony was excellent for people watching on the main street..

Lord's Residence Boutique Hotel is well located being within walking distance of the castle and marina area. The spacious room was clean with  comfortable beds. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

When we stayed on Thursday & Friday nights, the traffic was extremely noisy with motorbikes screeching, rapid acceleration and loud music coming from cars. It made sleeping impossible until well after 3am.  Our room, with a balcony, was located at the front of the hotel, perhaps a room at the back would quieter.

The location is very good. You can go everywhere by walking. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

Very well located, all town amenities within walking distance. Only 8 rooms so cleaning lady very busy but it is very clean. Has a nice "colonial style" atmosphere.

Staff generally don't speak english and use translator on phone. Roof terrace is devoid of any comfortable chairs. There is no restaurant or communal area.

Location and Breakfast were excellent. Located very close to the main car park and bus stops. Considering the location, it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was in an adjoining building and cooked to order.

Toilet Cistern button had unscrewed so it did not flush properly, but easy enough to rectify. Not reported to front desk. The room was a little dusty, but hard to escape in Cyprus

Nice room, comfortable bed and great location, tea or coffee is in the room just bring milk, bathroom was good, bedding a little on the worn side but clean. Have stayed before now tried 3 rooms and queen room 3 with balcony best so far.

Ac unit noisy for us and there is no lift, although that doesn't bother us, more of a note for others that may book but struggle with stairs, there is no free parking but a carpark 2mins up the road that charges €5 for over night.
