The hotel was in a good location and the parking under the building was good The restaurant on the top floor had a nice view but the breakfast was ok when I say ok I mean not much offered also any drinks are extra The gentleman at the restaurant Malik was very nice and gave great service ..At the Reception Sevliya was very polite and friendly but unfortunately the other blonde lady was not so polite and rude also same for the night young man The housekeeping lady was very polite and very friendly (Emina)

Poor breakfast, rooms smills badlly, expensive for value, i paid extra EUR 100 to get better room

The location of the hotel is fine and there are some stores very close by. The breakfast is acceptable, but nothing exceptional. I even had to pay for juice because they really didn't offer any beverage with the meal.

The city I was more disappointed in. No real nightlife to speak of unless you are one of the many that wants to spend all your free time in the various casinos in town. I was hoping for a bigger variety of dining and entertainment.

Not clean. They clean the room every 3 days we even had to remove our own garbage

The bedroom curtains are really too thin, at 6:00 in the morning the room was lit as if I were on the beach. If you have trouble sleeping with a lot of light, go elsewhere.I have had great difficulty sleeping, and this undermines my final judgment, which otherwise would be excellent

Nice studio with one bedroom. Clean. But no hot water even that we turned the boiler on.

I like the Location, Staff were cordial, the big bonus was the availability of parking. The room was very comfortable with a big balcony and sea view

Breakfast was ok but we would have benefitted with a more English breakfast. I could not find English speaking Channels on TV

The member of staff at the reception, a young man who had zero personality, no hospitality skills whatsoever, no smile no welcome how are you, welcome to our hotel no nothing.After showing us to our room with and not even offering to help with our luggage. As we arrived around 6pm we just wanted to have a shower and go out to a restaurant, unfortunately the water was freezing cold, really ? so I went to the reception to ask why, the reception guy came to the room a said have you switched on the water heating switch, which was in the kitchen by the kettle, nowhere near the bathroom and not labelled, how the hell would I now it was a water heater switch, and why did he not tell me when he checked us into the room?Anyway the switch was already on and the water was still freezing, it’s really no a big ask to have a hot shower in a very modern hotel.As for the breakfast, I think if you were Turkish you’d be okay. No juices, no coffee just over stewed Turkish tea. A selection of salads, some hot meats with no labels, some sort of scrambled eggs Turkish style, boiled eggs and toast it was then, and a glass of water. To be fair the staff were very polite. Maybe they had different training from the reception guy?

On the overall it was nice, the staff is friendly, the room is clean.

The spa didn’t work on the 31 of December and 1 of January which wasn’t mentioned.The car we rented in the hotel was given to us without petrol and the next day they told us to pay for the damage that had already been done to the car. Not the best impression, it’s good that we took a picture.

Location is perfect, close to the old town, and main historical sightseeings of the town, it takes only 15 minutes walk, area around the hotel is very quiet and safe. Very comfortable apartment, provided drinking water, glasses and kitchenware, mini market with all you need is next door. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful.

SPA! Unbelieable!!! Hamam very small 3*3, staff unprofissional,cleanliness leaves much to be desired! For this money its complete disappointment! No words...

Hotel apartment is well equipped with almost everything you need. Located in the heart of Kyrenia, 10 min away from the sea shore and old city. Restaurant on the top floor is very nice and offered delicious food, even for the breakfast. Supermarkets and shops are nearby as well as other amenities.

There is no washing machine and dishwasher, so it may not be quite suitable for a long stay. Beds (matrasses) and pillows are not so comfortable. Sound proofing is not good, as you can hear some noise from the door or wall behind. Same is for windows sound proofing - you will here noise from passing vehicles or early morning praying from the Mosque nearby.
