I had an issue with the smoke detector in my room. It was beeping continuously and I knew I would not be able to sleep with the noise. I informed reception and was told this was normal and nothing could be done. I struggled to get any sleep during the entire night.

Nice breakfast and location right next to the beach.

Hard to find. We went to wring entrance and no signs to find correct entrance which was on different street. No elevators.

Beach and the location were very good. Breakfast was very nice in the garden. Staff was friendly.

Excellent location, very close to the city and the restaurants. It has a lovely beach and a garden. Swimming pool was clean and quiet big surrounded by the trees.. Breakfast was a set menu with some fresh fruits such as figs and grapefruit from the garden. They cooked the eggs the way I like them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a huge room with a big terrace with a breathtaking sea view on the top floor.

the hotel is situated just right at teh sea coast so for me its a pleasure to wake up with the sound of waves:) yes, i undertsand that 3 stars hotel may have more facilities and cleanliless but in general i really enjoyed the welcoming and hospitality!

I really didn't like much besides the sea view.

The property is rundown and poorly maintained. One air conditioner in my room did not work at all, while the other one dripped heavily onto the floor, creating a trip hazard. Rather than having a decent ceramic tea or coffee cup in the room (cost: maybe one euro), you get two junky paper cups. The bathroom stinks like nothing I have experienced before. The shower head has very little pressure and sprays at an odd angle. The staff seemed annoyed by my existence as a customer. I was told the pool was open from 10 to 6, but twice when I went between 10 and 6 I found no one there and had no idea of how to get a pool towel so I just gave up, even though the pool was a big part of the reason why I booked here. Just disappointing from beginning to end.

what truly made my experience exceptional was the incredible staff. They were constantly on whatsapp with me regarding my arrival as it was late night .From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. Every staff member, was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

The location was great. It is very close to the beach and hotel has a parking lot. The rooms were very big and clean. The building is also very nice the garden is really nice

The staff were terrible. The person who checked us in on September 3rd night was very unfriendly and unhelpful; we arrived later than we expected due to a flight delay and car rental problem. We asked if we can find restaurants that are open and close to there. He said there is nothing but we actually later found 4 different places just 1 mile down the road and they were open at night. The breakfast is terrible; do not pay for it just go to the cafe at the beach which is in walking distance it is cheaper and much better. My parents asked for extra bread on the day they purchased the breakfast but the staff declined to give the extra bread. Most of the staff does not understand Turkish or English so communication is an issue. The ones that do understand these languages are still very rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this place.

If your tired of the corporate hotel vibe and want to return to simpler times ,this may be your place.Managed by 2; friendly hard working sisters who run this family business. Great hospitality and staff were great too . I will miss them. Rooms were large and although older function well and have nice views of the sea. The grounds are amazing and extensive. Beach is really close and 1 minute walk and you're there.. Breakfast is amazing and something to look forward to.

Yes it's an older hotel so think retro more than corporate and new. No elevator, so keep that in mind.

It’s summer, restaurant, bar and pool closes at 7! Which is very frustrating. No room service. Under staffed so you need to do things yourself like ordering food/drinks to your room. Even breakfast can not be brought to room. Feels like a lodge more than a hotel

Quiet, 20 meters from the beach, VERY BEAUTIFUL in the hotel park, VERY clean pool, flowering plants everywhere, excellent cuisine and wonderful staff. In my 66 years, I have not seen a more romantic and pleasant place.

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t immediately find this hotel for ourselves. But now my wife and I will spend every vacation only here. It couldn't be better.

The price for breakfast increased too, and after telling the service to please clean the table it was served friendly and with the usual quality.

How can a hotel change so much in a year. This was my third visit and will be probably be my last. Where are the nice women who used to great us instead of more or less grumpy men? Did the management change? The Price has increased and the service was - non existent. No cleaning the room. Shower was broken, cockroaches in the room - no fun at all.

Beautiful and quiet location with lovely views, very sweet staff and gorgeous lush gardens everywhere. Great food and the onsite cafe serves a yummy lunch. Lots of nice swimming options: pebbly, sandy, ladder-access or pool. Clean and comfortable rooms, in line with the price paid for mid-summer. Good, but noisy, aircon. Would definitely visit again.

This is not a criticism of the hotel, just a warning for would-be visitors to maximise their enjoyment. This is an excellent value, 3-star hotel that has seen better days. The bathrooms (and rooms) are spotless but everything was leaky (shower, basin, cistern). Most areas are inaccessible for people with mobility issues - no elevator on site, very few ramps. There are ramps to walk down the public beach. Lunch will be great but visitors will need to walk or drive for a decent dinner. We chose this location to relax and we got what we paid for.

The view to the sea is great and the location good, beach and public transportation nearby.Also the staff was nice but a bit chaotic, questions about transportation could only be answered insufficiently.With more maintenance and better cleanliness it could be a real nice spot.

The cleanliness leaves more than a little to be desired, after check-in there were remains of the previous guests in the toilet and plastic waste in the bathtub. Ant trail in the room. A drain with a cesspool odor in the bathroom is covered with paper tissues and a waste bin. Several defective sockets and lamps/bulbs.The bathtub is made of plastic that gives way when stepped on and is an accident hazard due to the uneven floor and is best used only with bathing shoes.Pretty noisy, there were Christmas jingles from the stairwell all night - which after all was turned down the next day on request - and from the neighboring rooms you can hear almost every expression of life from all sides. The rooster in the neighborhood, which has been crowing all night, doesn't make it any better.Airing out and sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view is difficult because of the neighbors' loud air conditioning and the smells of smoke and food from the ground floor.The coffee was so-so that breakfast was not even tried.In "winter" non of the photos give credit to the real state, the hotel beach is desolate.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in Cyprus. Unfriendly, unattractive and uncomfortable. I left there despite the fine. The hotel cheated and stole money. I don't recommend it to anyone. This place needs to be destroyed.
