spacious room, good room facilities, with bathtub, nice receptionist

no lift to parking, outside was a little bit loud due to traffic and train

Perfect location for us because we stayed here specifically to visit the Porsche and Mercedes-Benz museums which were both easily accessible from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, we didn't realise that breakfast finished at 9am during weekdays and we arrived down at 9:10 but the staff completely accommodated us which was much appreciated

We stayed here twice, on the rit to the camp site and back to home. The first time we were welcomed nicely by a supervisor. The elevator was not working so we got free parking (saved 11 euros).

The second time we booked direct by Mercure. The welcome was terrible the lady after the desk was very negative and the lady as supervisor the same. We were now with one person less but the same price and now even without breakfast (breakfast 16 euro per person.). Also the room was smaller.!! Be prepared not to sleep at the front side, Bar is open till 22:00 but people were talking till 24:00. During the night some machine is working Witsch switched on and off every 15 minutes.....

The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable and clean. Located right next to an U-bahn station, 20 min to the Hbf

Compared with the previous year, the breakfast was poorly organized, included very few vegan options.

Nice, peacefull neighbourhood

Room wasn't cleaned in all 5 days of our stay, even after we asked them twice and left the note on the door handle they didn't cleaned it.. Breakfast was poor and every day the same dull choice.Two things in which one judge the hotel, both failed big time.Value for money also..

Good reach to the village

Loud street, subway, and party in the neighborhood (esp. on Saturday). Crazy drag races in the neighborhood, air smells after burned tire rubber. Room not cleaned carefully (dustbin used)

Clean, comfortable, good parking and easy access to public transport,Additional all day coffee/ tea making facility in lounge.Nice buffet breakfast.

Dining menu was very basic and limited.No comfortable lounge to relax .Having to pay Euro 11.- for parking.

They have a policy of cleaning the room after three nights, which I think was very bad. I had my toddler pick things from the floor and put them in his mouth. So basic cleaning is extremely necessary. Apart from this I have never been in a hotel where they have such cleanliness policies, even during corona it was not like this when there was actually a shortage of staff. Another problem with the hotel is they do not have ac in the rooms. So in a hot day where the walls are also insulated one has no other option other than keeping the windows open completely otherwise the room was very suffocating.

Very noisy by the road (and tram). Don't agree with the no cleaning for 3 days which was not explained to me when we checked in.

Convenient location for my purposes, including a ride for Uban trains.

Lack of AC system and the ceiling light was flickering several times.

The food was excellent and the hotel manager was amazing.

The hotel is still under COVID-19 protocol so thay do not cleen the rooms and you have to ask them to change towels or to bring toilet paper.

Good breakfast, nice pillows, good quality furniture and bathroom and super nice Staff.

I stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned between those two. This has also happened in previous stays. Elevator is quite loud and can be heard from the rooms. Also, rooms have no A/C or fans which in hot days makes sleep quite hard.
