LOFTSTYLE Hotel Gerlingen, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Would not recommend to go until renovation is completed.

Hotel was under renovation, the whole floor was in renovation and we were alloted a room on the same floor only room that was ready.

The location of the hotel is great, it was easy to go to downtown Gerlingen or other places. The bed was comfortable and although the bathroom was small it was nice. A bakery and Kaufland (grocery store) are in walking distance.

Room cleaning is only done when you ask for it and unfortunately the 3rd party company did not care about service. We asked for a cleaning and it took 3 days for someone to finally come by and they didn't do a good job, taking short cuts. The in house restaurant is permanently closed (very recently) which was a bummer. Breakfast was good but too expensive; the parking garage was also expensive and very small.

Room was next to a very noisy road even at night, everything's a bit worn down yet it's a fairly expensive place, bottle of water in the room cost €2,50, breakfast €18

The room was clean and the location was in a relatively quiet area. Large shop close by.

Checking took about 15minutes because staff was more occupied with themselves or the phone than the live person in front o them. Breakfast OK, but several items were gone and the breakfast roll looked and tasted if they came from the microwave. Checking out was a long queue and slow; at least 15 minutes. For a budget hotel price/performance ration was low.

Bed was leaning. We booked rooms for two, but the bed is only big enough for one. Had to squeeze with my kid.

Extremely good position for my business needs, despite a little bit out of the city center. Modern hotel with comfortable and tidy room. Useful parking lot under the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast very rich.

Not satisfied. Nicht zufrieden

Among other things, horrible, terrible mattress, I could not get any sleep; I got terrible neck pain and back pain. Mattress too overused on both sides, a hump in the middle, so - in the form of a house roof. I was rolling over striving to hold on not to fall from bed all night long.

In room was a big bottle of mineral water for additional fee of 2.5 eur which for the price of room can be offered as welcome pack, Parking is for 14 eur which is also expensive.

The staff speaks english and is very friendly. the check in time is till 23:30. Breakfast is very good and reasonable price.

Nothing really to complain. I wish there was oatmilk available for breakfast.

Goog hotel with 15 minutes walk to the subway train station- There is a good breakfast buffet style and the location is not too far from Glemseck Bike Show. Staff and manager were very helplful

we saw a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom

Strong WiFi. Free parking is available (but is not guaranteed). Cool bed. Friendly staff. Quiet location. A comfortable workplace (with a laptop).

There was no refrigerator.

The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was very clean throughout. The beds were comfortable. The shower was very good. Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room (but the night we stayed it was too hot to use)

Smell in bathroom until water put down floor drain. The fridge in the room was noisy when trying to sleep. No air-conditioning, it was, unfortunately a very hot night. Having to pay for parking.

On site restaurant refused to provide tap water. This should be legally required throughout the EU. Also did not accept card payment which is very strange for a hotel essentially for business guests

About 40 mins from the centre of Stuttgart and not a lot else around the hotel

The breakfast buffet was great, a variety of food, nice setting. The room was nice with a balcony, the bed was comfortable.
