Original room design. There was heating. Simple but good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Small room. Location. Far from the center of Göreme. Small and damp bathroom.

Quite city. Wifi

Room size, little and humidity bathroom. 2 hours without water. Not cleaning.

Very nice hotel, good location and the stuff are so nice especially Tarik ! I recommend this hotel They are so carrying about our comfort !

We loved the location and staff at Harkasos! It’s in a small village so there was a calmer and quieter vibe and stellar night views of the starry sky from the terrace or while walking around. Bed was comfy in an atmospheric room. Tarik was very helpful and friendly! He helped us book a tour at a fair price and clearly communicated about shuttle times for tours/airport.

Because it’s in a smaller village a bit further out, it usually requires one more shuttle and a little extra time to get you into Urgup or Gerome. But it was worth it to be away from all the touristy shopping areas.

It was too hot in the room in the night. No air-conditioning.

The environment is fine. The breakfast is good, and it is taken in a very nice terrace with good views.

Regarding the location, it will be needed to have a car because it is 15 km from Goreme.

Staying in a cave hotel was very neat, and was appropriate for our cave explorations of the area. It did indeed have cave elements. Something to bear in mind though is the air circulation and the dampness of the rooms, most likely for any cave hotel. If you have respiratory problems, I would recommend staying in a traditional hotel.

The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good, the staff is helpful. The picturesque view from the terrace. it was an interesting experience to live in the cave. The receptionist helped us in the complex situation. The town of Mustafapasha is a good place for living in Cappadocia if you drive with your own car. Otherwise you have difficulties in arriving in the tourist objects.

The room is rather small and wet, the linen is always wet. It is rather cold in the shower, the heater on the wall was out of order.

Everything was great. The hotel is located in a beautiful and authentic village with cafes, restaurants, grocery and souvenir shops. The staffs are friendly and attentive. The hotel room is comfortable. The breakfast is yummy, good portion served and beautiful view at the terrace. Also they help you to find good trips around. The company they recommend for balloon flight was the best. The crew was very attentive and kind.SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!

WiFi covered could be improved. Power points could be placed near the beds and desk for convenience.

Breakfast was alright. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

There was a significant amount of mold in the shower. Understandable that the materials used make it harder to clean especially standing water but we made sure to keep the space well ventilated as it produces quite a funky smell.

Location was very good as well as the building itself. We were very pleased with the stuff, especially Fatih and Tarik were so helpful.

The hotel is lovely! The staff were super friendly and attentive, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and the town was gorgeous!!I definitely recommend staying here!

If you want to go to Goreme you need to take 2 buses or taxis, but we didn't mind!

very quiet area, room has everything you need and is very clean. there are cafes and supermarkets right next to the hotel. Big thanks to Tarik who meets the hotel guests, never hesitate to ask him for any help. he also arranged airport transportation and excursion, everything went well. thanx
