Everything perfect, room, staffs, food, view.Even if some waiters do not speak English they find a way to please the guest.Was a lovely stay

Unfortunately they need place a “silence rules” as some guests abuse of time at the nice outside areas.

Fantastic experience for morning balloon photos. Manager was able to make a fruit plate and bring late at night to us upon request. Plenty of space at the resort and room to roam and walk to the touristy part of town. As a bonus the hotel dog, Mr. Pickles, took photos with us.

The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to get right - either very warm or cold. In time we figured it out.

It is just a wonderful property. With the location, the ambiance, the staff and the food, everything is great. Seperate and secure place for parking is a plus. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Helped me with booking activities which were value for money and very professional.Their dog Limon is someone whom I had to mention. The love that pet showered at me and my family was incredible. Waiting at our room footsteps for hours and then leading us everywhere in the hotel. The room was big, had 2 balconies and a large sitting area. The breakfast had great options. All in all I only have good things to say about Dere Suites.

Location is good, the nature of reconstructions of the building is interested. The breakfast is normal

The room is not suitable for us. The bed room is supposed to be a cave but it is not comfortable and sands was falling from the roof all the day, besides the room near the road and the noises all the time. The important thing is that the Arabic woman who is responsible for the reception was not straight forward, she tried to make all tourist activities through her, unfortunately it turned out later that she wanted to profit more from tourist companies

Staff and rooms were great.They have hotel doggos that follow you around. 10/10

Rooms’ floor could have been a bit cleaner.Bathroom was cold.

We went there as a couple and stayed in the junior suite. We enjoyed the room itself, it is very well designed inside a partial cave, with great lighting. The room itself is strongly recommended.

If you drive to the hotel, at the point of departure from the main road the road gets a high slope and narrows down. This part is manageable. However, there is a “road” right in front of the hotel, which gets narrow enough that we were stuck there for at least an hour. We had to maneuver backwards inch by inch to be able to get the car out. Unfortunately, the hotel personnel claimed thar they never heard of this road, which is under their nose. There is no sign at the entrance of this road, I suggested them to add a sign post, but they did not care. This tells a lot about their perception.

The staff was very nice and made a great effort to give us a lovely stay. It is a simple traditional hotel.

the property gives what they offer which is great. my mistake was not researching well. I would stay at Gorem and not at Ugrup. I thought my room would be inside the mountain but it was like a bungalow.

It was beautiful, the view from the top is very nice, the food was also really good and more than enough, staff is great, really prompt to help.

Everything was great, just to note, it will be good to put labels to the food (in the breakfast) so you know what to pick, there are things that are very obvious but others that you need to try to test what it is and then decide if you want it or not.

We loved Urgup and the views from our room. Gardens are beautiful and staff are very hospitable.

Sometimes a little of the dried mud from the roof would fall to the ground. The double bed was small

Location was exceptional. The rooms were great with good facilities. The staff was really kind with lots of good suggestions regarding the attractions and activities. They also helped us getting good deals.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow

The cave room we stayed in was pretty cool and incredibly spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant is also amazing, tasty food and the views are super romantic both in the morning and in the evenings.

If we were to be picky - some of the adobe was falling from the walls of the cave room; nothing they could do about it, but furniture would get covered in it overnight, which we found a bit annoying as we sometimes had open suitcases or other stuff covered in it too. Honestly nothing you can’t deal with by just keeping your suitcases closed or food covered - and worth for the authentic atmosphere!

We had a wonderful room with super bathtub in it, it was clean and with all the facilities.The staff was nice and organised a quad ride for us. It had a nice terrace where we had breakfast and dinner with a super view of Urgup

Nice location, very positive staff, i really enjoyed being helped by them.

There was a nice jacuzzi, only the showerhead was functioning, but not the water tap. It took much longer to fill the tub, but it’s ok. In all honesty, i didn’t bother to report it either so no harm done.

The concept of the hotel was really nice

The rooms are really far away from the restaurant. There is no fan or air conditioning, which is troublesome since it gets very hot in the day. The bathtub is faulty. The room service is very bad and it takes forever for your food to come. The reception cannot speak english properly and they have problems communicating
