Overall theme of the place and the staff were super helpful

Room was fantastic!! Loved sitting on the balcony for afternoon tea. The hamman and massage was fantastic! Loved, loved the pool! Breakfast was plentiful. Gondal was extremely helpful, went out of his way.

No full length or decent mirror in room. Bed was extremely firm, too hard for both me and my husband. No consistency of staff, didn’t know there was an egg menu until day 3. No lockers with towels in ladies room, even though we were the only ones there. Husband had to get one for me from the mens locker.

The facilities were nothing short of unique and exceptional. Sacred’s House is located in beautiful Cappadocia but it is truly a destination in itself. It is the stuff of dreams. Whoever designed it had exceptional artistic vision. It was a delight to enter every space and to savor the details, the antiques, the lovely architectural nuances. The totality was simply magical. We were given a tour when we arrived and there was a 3-tiered tea plate, filled with fresh fruits & nuts, and cookies. The included breakfast was such a delicious treat! Be sure to visit the romantic pool beneath the complex, carved out from the cave.

The WIFI could have been more reliable but we were moved to other quarters and that resolved itself.

What did I NOT like about this entire hotel??? Other than the restaurant food, the place is beyond imaginable. Plus, we got the room that I wanted. Utmost respect for the designer and the staff for an amazing experience here. My boyfriend wanted to stay longer.

Restaurant: eh... we spent about 80 euros for 2 entrees, a Coke, and a bottle of water. While the restaurant's decor is absolutely amazing, the food felt very short. Both of our dishes did not have any flavor. We rave about how we can't go wrong with food in Turkey, but this was an exception to that thought... it would be helpful to ensure that the food is seasoned.

The hotel is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the bathtub was huge!

There are a lot of stairs if you stay on the second floor. The pool is underground if you are claustrophobic.

Çağan & Gondal were excellent staff members and made the trip a wonderful experience! Sacred House is an AMAZING place and truly is one of the best places to stay in Cappadocia. It is beautiful, historic, quiet, and has everything you need!

It’s far from goreme the main center of this destination. Food is great esp breakfast. Bed is hard. Not all rooms have AC and some have a portable AC machine so it was hot in the room. A fan was provided. If you want to take instagram pictures it’s a great spot bc the architecture and setting but for me I’m not into that and I think for the price it should of been more comfortable and closer to main town. We had a driver so getting around was not an issue but if you plan on suing taxis to get around it’s an extra expense.

Absolutely one of the most stunning hotels I’ve stayed in! It’s more than a hotel… it is unique and impressive in so many ways. I felt I’d entered through the front doors in to another time and place. The staff were very helpful, kind and thoughtful. My room, Fairies Nest was divine, I felt I was sleeping in a decadent castle. The swimming pool was so beautiful and warm I didn’t want to leave. I loved every moment of my stay. I hope to return one day!

The beds can be more comfortable.

Sacred House is easily one of the most unique and best hotels we’ve ever stayed at—perhaps even our number one in terms of uniqueness! Everything was absolutely perfect, exactly as expected, and the entire experience was mind-blowing.From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel at home. They assisted with parking, ensured a smooth check-in, and gave us a fantastic introduction to the hotel and our room. The sacred, old-royal ambiance throughout the property is truly mesmerizing.A special highlight is the Blood Pool, our absolute favorite feature, offering a truly unique experience with free access to the sauna and hammam bath. Our second favorite was the amazing breakfast, and lastly, the indoor bar and garden, which added even more charm to our stay.If you're looking for a truly unique stay in Cappadocia, this is the place. Plus, it’s just a short walk to Ürgüp city center, making everything easily accessible. Incredible value for money—highly recommended!

Spa was a disaster- i can write lot about it but doesn’t even worth that!

Loved the theme of the hotel, the staff were amazing and friendly. Enjoyed the welcome drink/cake, being shown around and given some history of the making of the hotel. The Turkish breakfast included was excellent and took us a couple of hours to eat it all. A fire in our sanctuary suite elevated our comfort level. Enjoyed the pool and the sauna.

I would like to thank : 1) Ersin , Burju and Yasmin as they were so helpful and polite , Yasmin and burju were so helpful as they introduce us the facilities of swimming pool patiently. 2) welcome drink and cake was so proper. 3) the way they prepare the breakfast was so beautiful 4) the staff in restaurant were so polite and lovely 5) food quality in sacred house is awesome , I never regret it.

I would like to highlight few points : 1) the welcoming person wasn’t patient enough as he didn’t introduce any part of hotel to us , once we were roaming in the hotel areas by ourselves , we saw him introducing hotel facilities to Turkish couple ! 2) they didn’t inform us as there are casting crew exactly next to our room door , it was a chaos !!! Every time we have to make sure we are not in their scene or bothering them ! I really didn’t like it at all as we didn’t have privacy !! 3) there were no person to help us carry our luggage. 4) the cat in the restaurant during breakfast was so annoying as once it jumps on my lap while eating my breakfast !

Very unique hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and helpful at all times. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection and very tasty. Parking was as a valet service which was incredibly helpful.

The bathroom is very nice but the bathtub is a little impractical, could do with some more handrails and a more accessible table to reach amenities without flooding the bathroom.

Welcome service, friendly employees and nice decorations

The room is a total scam. I’m very surprised that there isn’t a window or air conditioning, and none of this information was provided via bookings. They show nice pictures of other rooms, but if you book the cheapest room in this hotel, be careful—you’ll end up with a nightmare. I’ve stayed in many castle hotels across Europe, and none were like this. No air conditioning, full of dust, no windows—this isn’t even a proper bedroom. It should be called a basement. Imagine sleeping there for a night, and if a fire breaks out, the outcome is obvious…The price we paid is higher than the average for this region. I understand the hotel has unique history and good decor, but that’s no excuse for selling a room that doesn’t even qualify as a bedroom. It’s basically a basement. People are paying above-average prices to sleep in a basement—it’s ridiculous. The hotel should stop selling rooms like this.Anyway, the hotel clearly doesn’t care about the safety or health of its guests. If you plan to stay here, make sure to book an expensive room with a window. Otherwise, AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Staff help us little, looks very cold. No welcome drink and something else. There is somebody’s false eyelashes on our washbasin！So disgusting! We will never come again. It’s not worth and far from air balloons. Goreme is quite better!
