Amazing hotel with very hospitable and very helpful staff! We truly enjoyed our stay.The hotel is located in a very nice and quite area. The room was quite spacious, stylish and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. I can definitely recommend this hotel - you will not regret!

We had a great time. The hotel is clean and in a great location to get around cappadocia. It is managed by Brother and Sister, always very kind and helpful. The city is small but everything is there. Go and see the valley above the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was clean! A very unique hotel to stay ?? Breakfast was fantastic, very different to typical breakfast found in hotels, a lot of efforts where put into it serving us breakfast.

I just loved this property, and the location too is superb. It's a family run business. The folks were friendly, helpful and the service was prompt. While I was away on tours, they always attended to my requests on WhatsApp. My stay was comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was elaborate. The place is surrounded with many cafes, restaurants, a small market, and a mosque. The check-in/check-out was a breeze. Thanks so much Ayshagul for all the help.

Cozy hotel in Mustafapasa! new or recently renovated rooms, carefully furnished and very clean. It is located in a town a little far from all the tourist attractions and for this reason it is quiet and relaxing. A special mention to the staff that has been very kind and helpful with us. We had a problem with the car we rent and the guy of Sinasos Star Hotel helped us to solve it even if early in the morning. Truly recommended!

The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. We asked for a different room (too dark) and were upgraded to a corner room with a balcony. They offered flavored coffee when we were sitting on the patio, rooms were spotless, great shower, comfortable bed. We would stay here again when in Mustapafasa.

We loved the excellent service we got from the staff, especially from Müco and Aysenur. They were very helpful and even packed us a light breakfast for the times we left the hotel very early in the morning. Always very attentive to us.The hotel and Mustafapasa look beautiful and are quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is located in a village town that dates back to the 1700s. The hotel is newly furnished and met our expectations! The pictures accurately depict the hotel. The staff was amazing and available 24/7. If you need something, they are there to help! They also assist with booking tours in case you want to sign up. I recommend staying here for a minimum of two full days to attend at least two different tours. One day felt like it was just not enough for us!I also recommend upgrading your room so that you can have a cozy room with a Turkish hammam included!There were cute little cats around the hotel. If you are coming here, bring some treats to feed those cute animals.We are definitely planning to return. We especially thank the hotel staff for making our trip enjoyable!

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very helpful despite of thr language barrier. They did everything to help us with everything that we needed.

Everything was excellent. We needed to leave early for the airport and even got a nice breakfast 1 hour before their schedule. It's not taken for granted. Plus kind and beautiful girl in reception. )))

The hotel looks exactly like on photos. The rooms are supplied in a beautiful vintage style. The location is in the small village, which means it was very quiet and calm around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even with little knowledge of English, they made our stay comfortable and unforgettable.

Location is close to townsquare which is close to other attractions in capadocia. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Authentic decor and good vibes.

As soon as I arrived, the concierge gave me a very warm welcome. He was very professional and helpful in answering all of my questions. I do not speak Turkish, but he spoke some English, and he went out of his way to explain things to me, using Google Translate if necessary. The room was very clean and kept at a lovely temperature. The bed was comfortable and at night it was dark and quiet, so I got a great night's sleep. The hotel had beautiful views of the surrounding area. I did not try the breakfast, but as I was leaving I saw some others having it - it looked and smelled delicious.This is a great hotel, I would highly recommend it.

Nothing. After my short stay at this hotel, I moved to another hotel in the area, as planned. The next hotel was nowhere near as good as this hotel, even though it was rated 5*.

We really enjoyed with our stay at Sinasos. They were very welcoming and helpful. They even helped us to find a reliable transportation opportunity when we couldn't find a taxi from the bus station. Hope to be back.

Cool design, nice breakfast and great location in a quiet and characteristic villa near to the attractions.

The door did not work well and the key was stiff. The bathroom was also small.

We loved everything about our stay. We had some issues with missing belongings from our travels, and the hotel owner took the time to help us, make calls for us, and even made us coffees :) We loved our room, and the ambiance of the entire hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed staying in this smaller town setting instead of in the thick of the tourists. The staff went above and beyond in helping us with shuttles, check in, and more. Thank you for a great stay!
