This is the best hotel in Cappadocia. Ajwa Hotel in Ürgüp combines beautiful grounds with outstanding amenities, including a private zoo, horseback riding, go-karts, a café with exotic coffees and desserts, a coffee museum, pottery lessons, a children’s playground, a gym, pool, hammam, and even traditional Turkish yurts for a unique stay. Its location is ideal, close to all the major attractions, making it easy to explore the region.The staff are exceptionally welcoming and professional. Head Chef Ramil stood out for his hospitality, giving us a tour on arrival and assisting throughout our stay with special requests, from arranging go-karts to coordinating egg collection at the chicken coop for our children. The kids loved gathering eggs, tomatoes, and berries from the hotel’s mini farm, which were then prepared for their breakfast, a truly special memory. Breakfast itself is delicious, varied, and included.There is no downside. I will always stay here when visiting Cappadocia.

Our family’s wonderful stay in AJWA Cappadocia was made possible by their attentive and caring staff! From the moment of our arrival, Orkhan greeted us with genuine kindness, warmth, and hospitality. We were visiting Türkiye for the first time to celebrate my birthday. We never told Orkhan or the staff that it was my birthday but his attention to detail led to a surprise ice cream cake during breakfast! Orkhan handled every question and request with the utmost professionalism and promptness. He set the tone for the staff and the serene surroundings that are impeccably maintained. Merve greeted us with a bright and welcoming smile every morning during breakfast. Dwi is simply the best massage therapist I have ever had! She is highly skilled and intuitive, providing the most healing touch. This hotel exceeded expectations and what my family and I appreciated the most was how down-to-earth and grounded everyone was without a hint of pretentiousness. Our Danişmend Gazi Cave Suite was stunning, felt like home, and provided the most restful sleep for us! Thank you to the housekeeping staff for maintaining such a welcoming and clean space.While the location of the hotel is further from the bustling areas of Cappadocia, we loved the peacefulness of the grounds. There was plenty for us to do and see. Incredible stay and experiences! Highly recommend for a unique stay while near Cappadocia. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect - including knowing my name and dietary requirements, and driving me to my room from the main building (despite it not being a far walk, their attention to comfort and detail were top notch). The property is on its own - away from the towns - which meant it was very quiet and tranquil - prefect for a relaxing escape. I’m sure when the flowers and trees are in bloom it’s even more magical. The spa facilities are luxurious and the gym a plus. I was traveling solo and this exceeded my vision of having a solo retreat to relax and recharge. The bed, linens and selection of pillows are fabulous and high quality. The room comfortable and well appointed. The property is very kid friendly - however perhaps because I was there during Ramadan I did not see many families. There’s also some other unique features to the property including the gorgeous coffee museum and dessert shop and epicurean store. I would definitely return and highly recommend

Great property. Very nice architecture and areas they have. It’s all about the experiences you can have there and history you can see. And orkhan the guest relationship manager is wonderful person, he would put all his efforts to make the guests happy.

House keeping staff are a-bit loud taking into consideration the quietness of the area.

Everything was perfect. A hidden jem in a quiet place and close to all attractions. It is super kids friendly with playground,trampoline, mini zoo, aquarium and horse riding.

Everything! From the immaculate cleanliness and service to the beautifully landscaped grounds, everything was truly exceptional. I was especially impressed by the stunning artwork and deeply appreciated the rich cultural heritage on display.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff is great and the service was exceptional! Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It also has a lot of things for kids. Last but not least, the breakfast was amazing!

Waw.. we were taken care of from the minute we arrived at our final send-off. Ajwa resort is an absolute paradise. Beautiful from every angle and with the kindest, most friendly staff. A perfect blend of heavenly beauty and unmatched luxury. They upgrade our booking to a bigger room with a very elegant seating area. The WiFi is very strong. The beds were so comfortable with very beautiful linen. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and tasty ?. The gym, SPA, the massage, and the Turkish Hamam are all simply incredible. The best part is that you are welcomed like a close friend, and everyone is excited to show you this magical place. Every interaction was genuin and memorable. I will never forget my stay here.Special thanks to Mr. Orkhan, who was very keen to make us feel more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. Tip: 1. They have a shuttle bus to the town. 2. Better if you have a car to go to different touristic places in cappadocia.

This wasn’t clearly stated in advance, which could be useful information for guests when booking.Despite the minor drawbacks, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a relaxing experience with excellent hospitality.

This luxurious hotel in the Cappadocia area is just a 10-minute drive from Ürgüp town. During your stay, you can enjoy the spa and swimming pool for a truly relaxing experience. The lobby is elegantly designed, featuring intricate marble and wooden artwork, and the courtyard nestled in the two wings of the building is a perfect spot to enjoy tea with friends—we absolutely loved it.Breakfast is served in a separate building and offers an extensive selection of international & Turkish dishes, with the mixed omelet being particularly delicious.

There seemed to be a communication gap among the hotel staff. Despite confirming with our customer relationship manager via WhatsApp that the hotel would prepare a breakfast box for our early morning flight—and even double-checking the day before our departure—it was not prepared, which was a bit disappointing.

It's an excellent hotel, we had an amazing stay and the services were outstanding, staff are very welcoming , the hotel has many buildings and amazing scenery . There are many services offered in the hotel itself, such as horse riding , small electric cars for children, Art of clayHighly recommend, Hopefully I can come again to stay for a longer visit
