Pegas Cave Suites

My stay at the Pegas Cave Suites was wonderful! hotel employee is the best hotel manager ever! Extremely hospitable, kind, & helpful! My photoshoot ran a little late and he made sure that breakfast was hot & ready for me upon my arrival, even after bfast was over.

Everything the staff was great the room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing.

I have only kind words to say about Pegas Cave Suites. From the beginning, staff members Selenay, Mehmet, and Selim were all so gracious to us and helped assist us with every aspect of our stay in Cappadocia. The room was beautiful, the property gorgeous and full of cats, and somehow so QUIET just a hundred meters away from the hustle and bustle of the inner town. The perfect place for us. The view from the top of the property was so beautiful. Staff members went above and beyond for us, in my opinion. The first stress-free vacation I’ve ever taken. Thank you so much!Service staff were very sweet and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I would recommend Pegas Cave Suites to anyone!! Teşekkürler!

Everything was great about this place. The staff, the hospitality, the breakfast, the rooms, the value, the communications, the town. Can't wait to go back if I visit the area again.

The rooms were great, personal attention from hosts/owners and staff was terrific, and location in Urgup is far superior to the scene in Goreme, just a bit off the beaten track but still easily accessible to everything., Breakfasts provided also terrific.

Very beautiful and comfortable room

All good overall. I just wish the breakfast could have more variety. It doesn’t cost much to put some real oranges with an orange presser available. Much nicer to have fresh orange juice for breakfast instead of boxed juice that is over sweet and tastes artificial.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good. The location was near the center of Urgup. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The room was nice and comfortable. Overall, a great choice for this price. The room is not actually a cave, but we were not looking for the cave anyways. Seems like every hotel in Cappadocia called a cave hotel.

Lights in a room is a liitle bit dark. Tables and chairs on the terrace is dusty. There is another hotel under construction nearby, but not very noisy.

Good location - step out and you are in a small shopping, eateries, grocery area ?friendly, helpful staff ? Fairy tale kind of room ?

The room was a little cold, adjusted the heating but still found it chilly

Ismael and his family went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable! They were attentive, checked in with us, made sure we set up all our excursions to make sure we made the most of our days in Cappadocia, gave great suggestions of things to do in the area and were very hospitable.

Nothing. It was a great stay! A beautiful and quiet area so you could enjoy the hustle and bustle during the day in Goreme/ other super busy cities but then come back to the hotel in Urgup for peace and quiet and a lovely rest. It was the best of both worlds. I felt very safe there as well.

The rooms were decent size and clean. Excellent location, breakfast was highlight!

Swimming pool would have been an added advantage.

The hotel is centrally located in the town within walking distance to restaurants, bars and amenities. The staff was super friendly and arranged several excursions for us.

Small boutique hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Spacious room at discount rate, displaying tasteful interior design, a huge bathroom and a joyful jacuzzi.

We should have used the room safe, as our iBuds "disappeared" out of our luggage. It could still be tracked but unfortunately not retrieved, despite staff's repeated efforts.

Amazing interior, lovely staff , cosy and good if you like smoothing private and comfortable, house keeping was available, room service had soo many options from groceries to restaurant food and much much more ! Close to the Urgup town centre with amazing views, restaurants and dessert places like Cadı'nın Evi Ürgüp. Sweet staff , they could easily book you a cab to take you somewhere or you could get a taxi from town centre , they can book you tours across Cappadocia like to the lake tuz , underground city ect , they even offer you discounts for that .

The room, the breakfast, the facilities and also the dog and cats. It’s a very quiet place.The employees are very friendly.

Nothing to declare.

Since its location is in the centre of Urgup, you can easily walk everywhere in Urgup city centre.Although the breakfast should be as it should be in a boutique hotel, you should not expect too much.It is a boutique hotel where the employees are extremely polite.

We can say that it meets our expectations.

Rooms were decent

Service for baggage transfer no one helped and breakfast for vegetarian or vegan has almost nothing, not advisable for families

Great hotel! The staff was super helpful booking the tours and activities we wanted. The room was condo and the location was great! Highly recommended!
