Misty Cave Hotel

Location was suitable for me (to walk from one hotel to another).

Did not expect the room to be completely without windows. It was the underground floor, their was a stuffy smell in the room, needed to open the door regularly to let some fresh air in. To stay 1 night is ok, for longer stay wouldn't consider this kind of room.

Great staff, communication, terrific breakfast, family run place, exceptional cave suite, yet modern amenities, clean, super friendly, arranged transport, close to sights.

The interesting cave rooms were very unique. The shower was great - very good water pressure, very comfortable king bed, great breakfast, coffee. The location was great - walk to the center - lots of shops, restaurants, etc.

Nothing - highly recommend.

The room was comfortable eventhough it was not the cave room I have picked from Booking.com. The staff was helpful, carried all of our luggages to our room.

I had food poisoning in this Hotel after 3 hours I had the breakfast. And it was only food that I have eaten. I had nausea, fever and diarrhea. Next day, my husband checked the breakfast again and noticed the cheeses had fungus. (That s not the type of cheese which is supposed to have fungus.)We came to Turkey from Germany. Yesterday and today I am sick. My 2 days is just gone. Could not do anything other than being on my bed. I have talked to the waiters and kitchen Chef. They accepted the cheese was spoiled. When I talked to the hotel manager she said there is nothing wrong with cheese. They told me that I need a doctor report to initiate refund process via Booking.com. They obviously made a mistake but instead of beeing supportive the hotel manager was just fighting with us. I had a horrible stay here.

Exceptional hospitality by all the staff. They are accommodative to help us in a few ground arrangements and provided us useful guidance for our stay in Urgup. Room has exquisite taste in designs, very clean inside out and super comfortable bed. It was a pleasant stay and we have to say that Urgup was the right choice of town to stay in Cappadocia.

The cave-like rooms were absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious and modern but still had the cave features which was nice. Breakfast was also really good - the honeycomb was amazing!! Staff were also really helpful

only downside was that the bathroom didnt have a door to separate it from the bedroom, just a curtain. a sliding door would have been perfect.

Nice location, easy to find and there is parking place. Big rooms, extremely clean and comfortable. Fantastic experience. The breakfast was also great.

Great size room, the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. Really friendly staff- nothing was too much trouble, lovely fresh breakfast and very clean.

A little far away from the main town Goreme around a 20 minute taxi ride, but a few minute walk to the beautiful town of Urgup.

Clean hotel, quality materials for finishing rooms, excellent bed, cozy restaurant, very good breakfast.Great patio.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a part of the area over which balloons do not fly. To see the balls you have to drive about 10 km by car.Some rooms do not have a door separating the toilet from the room - this is a bit inconvenient.

It was an an excellent experience in misty cave hotel, the place is very unique and spacious, i like how the room is big and clean, the decor was very nice and has that old touch but with modern facilities, such like the old mirror and box, with the Ac and terrace.I loved my room and stayed along inside it.The staff is very friendly and helpful especially “Hakan” everything i asked for he helped me to be always happy and feeling i am at my home, They helped also to find a good place to have the balloon tour with a very good price.All i told you is what you need when you travel, but the most important thing is the breakfast, they have the best breakfast i had ever had in my all cities, delicious, everything is natural and good cooked and everyday new items you will try with happy smile from the girls in the restaurant.Thanks a lot hakan and ummit ??

The hotel is designed in a unique architectural style. The staff was very cooperative, especially here, Mr. Hassan was a very polite and respectful person and helped me when I said goodbye

Breakfast was a specific dish with fixed and fixed quantities and the second day the person who was cooking the omelette did not want to cook it again, but after my request to cook it again. But the food items are of high quality. I met by chance the owner of the hotel and he was a nice person who advised me to relax on the roof at night in the quiet of the night

nothing , everything was extremely beautiful the staff was keen, helpful and humble, the food was delicious , the rooms was clean .. the reception was helpful too to book our activities and transportation, we was very happy there ???

This is a lovely hotel with an expectional team of staff who cater to you for the duration of your stay. They support with booking tours etc. Would definately return here.
