Hezen Cave Hotel

The staff were exceptional. Went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The room was comfortable and had everything needed.

I do not have anything that I did not like.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Interior decor charming. Wonderful and friendly staff. Amazing view. Nice breakfast.

AC wasn’t as cold as desired. Family suite that fits 6 only had 1 bathroom.

The staff is amazing. They guided us to schedule things, found drivers and gave an extensive list of options and costs. Everyone on the property is super helpful. The room was massive with one bathroom. Its a cave hotel so the dust tends to fall off the wall. The location is in a quieter part and not in Goreme town which is the busy town a short drive away.

The food including the breakfast wasnt great. All kinds of eggs they do are not great.

Beautifully decorated and a quiet location. Lovely staff (the tips on what to do just exceptional) and tasty food (loved the fire pits)

The hotel and room were beautiful and eclectic. Amazing views of the village from the hotel terrace. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious too.

Göreme is a hot spot for tourist activities, amenities and restaurants so we had to take a 15 min taxi from the hotel in Ortahisar into Göreme.

Everything was great. The rooms were spacious and had everything to make the stay comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and helped us organize events which enhanced our experience at Cappadocia.

Be aware that since this is cave hotel, sometimes small sandy particles fall down from the ceiling. Nothing serious but don’t leave your open suitcases right under.

- The structure itself is beautiful. Wonderfully renovated and tastefully furnished.- The kindness of the staff, especially at check-in, stands out. They have a perfect idea of how to approach the customer. Well done.- Not only did they provide us with the quiet room we requested, but they also surprised us with the décor. So sweet.

I would like to point out that the following feedback is aimed solely at stimulating areas for improvement in what is already a very good structure.- Please try to find a solution to soundproof the windows and doors. The litanies of the neighboring mosque's muezzin disturbed our sleep at 4 in the morning.- The bed duvet is too small compared to the size of the mattress. An additional blanket in the closet would help.- The value for money is okay, but not exceptional, especially considering that the location of the property does not justify the price compared to other similar properties in much nicer surroundings like Uçhisar or Ürgüp. Furthermore, the quality of the dinner catering did not seem adequate for the cost. However, I am sure that you will raise the standard once the professional kitchen you were setting up is operational.

Very helpful staff especially Mehmet. The location is good; away from the touristy Goreme. The breakfast was nice with tasty Gozleme and breads. The auite room is worth the price.

We would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in Cappadocia. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious and affordable, and the rooms were so welcoming and comfortable.

Amazing staff, very helpful. They arranged everything for us. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, they even packed a box for our travel.

The only issue we had: It was really hot and the cave room has no ventilation. Since we had a family cave room, it was like a 2BHK apartment, and the AC was only in the living room. Due to this, the rooms were quite hot. They were helpful and shared one fan for one room. For the other room, we woke up sweating in the morning. Please add AC in the rooms because it is simply not sufficient.

Great staff that go out of their way for you. Different, being a cave. Great breakfast and dinner. A little bit out from town so handy having dinner at the hotel.

I would suggest have 2 ACs in Superior Family Suite. We visited in August and it was hot. Otherwise, we enjoyed the lovely stay

Hezen Cave Hotel is a slice of heaven. Unbeatable views. Beautiful hotel, super helpful staff. We especially appreciate our driver Tahir. Courteous, friendly, and very warm (plus a great driver). We hope to return as 2.5 days was not enough.

I'm thrilled with this hotel - rooms nestled in charming caves, beautiful landscape during meals, and the staff not only being incredibly friendly but also providing full support even in unexpected situations. I highly recommend this place!

we booked for three nights having found and chosen this property for its design and features. it is an enchanting place, all to be discovered in its particularities and in its corners. the rooms are obtained from the rock and tastefully furnished, the Arab-style bathrooms are a pleasure experience.

Everything was perfect! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Environment, atmosphere, decorations etc. were great! Breakfast was very well and delicious. We felt like at home :)We will absolutely go again and this time will stay longer to enjoy the hotel and Cappadocia further (3 nights were not enough for us).
