some people knocked our door 3 times in the morning even when we warned them that we have been sleeping.

Unique and specialty hotel.We got upgrade to junior suite (?). It is very spacious and have high ceiling which help me a lot with my claustrophobic (standard room have lower ceiling). Walking distance to city centre.

No elevator.

Everything. And the restaurant. Spa. Excelent and good service

The views were amazing, the rooms were beautifully furnished and the location was walking distance to a charming town. The breakfast buffet was also vey good.

I have knee problems so the amount if steps and uneven cobblestone pathways were challenging for me.

Amazing hotel built into the caves and cliffs. Breakfast was huge with so much variety and staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable even the pull outs and room and bathroom were very spacious.

WiFi didn’t work very well in our room which was unfortunate due to the price you pay. But it did work on the balcony.

Bathroom has no door. It would be better if toilet could be separated from sink and shower. WiFi signal is weak in the room.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. We were a little worried on arrival that we may feel a bit claustrophobic in a cave! Maybe it would be small and have little light. However, we were pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was and we could open the windows for light and air. It's a magical place and we are glad we stayed there.

Rooms were cozy. Beautiful location with stunning views. Loved the breakfast.

Parking situation wasn't the easiest as it required someone to give the keys to you and wait for other vehicles to be moved.

This hotel is truly one of the best we have ever stayed at! The food, staff, and customer service were exceptional. Selim was especially very very helpful, and Yufuk was very prompt in assisting us. Our stay was amazing, and if we ever return to Cappadocia, we will definitely choose this hotel again. After seeing other hotels while traveling in a shuttle bus, I can confidently say this is the best hotel in Cappadocia!

The staff was very unhelpful at times. When we arrived, they refused to speak to us given that it wasn't check in time. Like light switch, they were all smiles and helpful at the stroke of check in time - very odd. The restaurant was also not at all welcoming - usually a madhouse with all the guests - and we couldn't even get a table for dinner as guests of the resort. the recommendation from the front desk on our second night sent us to a restaurant that was very expensive.

The property is a beautiful property but not worth the experience or money.

The staff was extremely impolite and unfriendly. This lady named OZGUL at the reception was rude. She refused to acknowledge us when we reached and were waiting to check- in. Infact she treated us as if she was doing us a favour giving us a room. No one understands English and they refuse to help us whilst ordering food or even during breakfast. They stand around and when you ask them for the smallest thing they are clueless. We had two higher category rooms and after giving instructions, our one room was still not cleaned until we came back and asked them to do so. We had an early morning flight and they said they would give us breakfast boxes but we never got anything, and then they said that they gave it to someone else who refused.

Amazing and quirky rooms! Great location.

It felt like the hotel was set up to deal with large tour groups more than individual travellers. Disappointing to have coffee from a machine too!

The views and location were excellent.The decor and outside furnishings were eclectic and interesting.

The rooms were very hot and no Air conditioning was available in our suite, despite the information provided to us from Booking .Com stated that air conditioning was included.

Amazing scenery, the hotel's architecture is beautiful, like something out of a Flintstones fairy tale :) The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Worth the money.

Rooms were extremely warm . No aircon . They have portable ac but they are so loud and didn’t cool the room down at all , the rooms also had a slightly strange smell . Food wasn’t great at the restaurant for the price . Breakfast is also pretty basic. Staff spoke really basic English it was hard to communicate with some at times. Everything in this hotel you will pay a premium on including a service fee on top of each thing you order .
