    Pros +

    • When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. We had to bring our luggage from the taxi to the hotel.
    • I like how helpful the staff from bringing my heavy luggage on top of my room. I also like the unique cave rooms and facilities. I appreciate also that they booked a successful balloon tour for me, because the one I booked didn’t pushed through. That was the highlight of my trip.
    • Thank you so much, Ennar Cave, for making my trip to Cappadocia such an adventure! The staff is kind and helpful, they were more than eager to assist in all matters. The place itself is nice and cosy! Love for Ennar Cave! ♥️

    Cons -

    • Bad odor from the room.
    • There’s no internet connection in my room the whole time, so I keep on going out of my room just to have signal. The breakfast is also the same selection everyday.
    • I am 76 yrs it was bit difficult to climb steps and besides I had numerous knee surgeries. But this just me don’t build your expectation from my experience.

Very friendly, caring and understanding. Did their best over and beyond as hospitality. I suffered the fall outside and they helped to accommodate my needs. I couldn’t walk staff literally lift me. To get my room. Etc. Breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone, but you should be able to climb steps and uneven grounds. Cave experience is a must things to do in Cappadocia.

The family suite beautiful and comfortable and the cave pool is so neat! They also arranged taxi rides and put it on my tab. One of my favorite stays in the world when considering the price.

The Staff is vers friendly they try always to help and to give they best. You feel your self always welcome.

Just the breackfast have to be bigger when you are 4 people. Because we realize that breackfast for 2 is the same like for 4 people but is not really big problem everything was delicious and fresh

Rabia and all the ladies who serviced us at breakfast were helpful, kind and very polite!

Difficult to say, since we got a room too dark, with no daylight and no view. The air conditioner was programmed and when restarts have a strong strange noise. We contacted the staff and after a while a young gentleman appeared but also couldn’t solve the problem. He called the owner, I think, that in a very rude and impolite way, almost shouting, said some inaudible words to the young gentleman, asking for him to leave the room. After that my son was told we could use the oil heating but unfortunately it was controlled from outside, only one was not and is that one that works. The bathroom was cold and taking a shower was unpleasant. The bath towels are very dark and dirty! The small window was so hight that can’t be reached to push the fabric that covers it. We booked a suite with 50m2, with 4 beds, we got one bed and 2 sofas cobered buy a bed sheet, much smaller, we needed to place one big luggage on the top of one sofa bed. After the first night nobody make up the room, we were told they only clean the room every 2 days. Never experienced such “rule”… I will avoid this guest house for all means

Quiet, private, lovely pool, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic.

No A/C in our room but did provide a fan. Do not provide coffee, tea, milk each day in tje room unless you ask and do not empty bins or make the beds. Not really an issue for a short stay.

For our family we wanted a small town, and a quiet comfortable, memorable place - we found it.

Nothing, it was sufficiently quirky. Being a safe walk to a greater choice of eateries and shops would be a pluss, but then it's a give and take vs the quiet and local- we hired a car and got over it ?

Everything was as depicted in photos or described. Staff were helpful and friendly, they also arranged tours. Breakfast was good.

It's a little away from the main tourist area which is a blessing and a curse.

The rooms are very nice and different. The seating aeria outside the room very confy ❤️. We had a lovely stay, family running the establishment was very welcoming, set up a ballon ride and a camel ride on discount.Breackfast was lovely and very diverse! Absolutly loved it!! Recomand!

Excellent response time from the owner, very helpful. Great staff

The location is a little out of town but having a rental car makes getting around easy.

Fabulous place to stay, very clean and wonderful staff. Thank you for the excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was generous and had good variety.

Unfortunately, there were instances where we felt the owners attempted to take advantage of us financially. We were under the impression that the airport shuttle mentioned on booking.com was included in the accommodation's price. However, we were told we needed to pay 20 euros for this. When we asked to book a shuttle for our return flight, we were told it will be 30 euros. After informing the hotel about the discrepancy, they went back down to 20 euros.Additionally, upon arrival, we were sat down and presented with the different tours the hotel staff offer straightaway. They strongly encouraged us to go on the "red tour" on our day of arrival. I noticed this was listed as 9.30am - 5.30pm. We arrived at the accommodation at 11.30am and I pointed out that we'd already missed the first 2 hours of the tour, but they kept saying we'd "still make it" and had not missed anything. There were also inconsistencies when the price of the tours they promoted were discussed. One moment we were told the price was all inclusive, then we were told the price only included "driver and transport" and that entrance fees and lunch needed to be paid separately. Finally, they mentioned that as it's a 3rd party company, they cannot guarantee that we'd be going to the places mentioned. After this, we gave up and booked the tours ourselves without the help of the hotel. In the description on booking.com, they state "all rooms come with a desk, a balcony with a city view." Our room did not have a balcony. We had a very small window (1 foot by 1 foot) which was unreachable as it was located on the ceiling. Moreover, the television in our room did not work and our wifi connection was at times faulty. Also, the light sockets/switches seem quite damaged.

Lived like cave-dwellers for the past three nights and loved every minute of it! From refreshing dips in our lit-up cave pool right next door to our room, to indulging in Turkish breakfasts fit for royalty, our stay at this rock cave motel has been a luxurious adventure like no other. Our warm and welcoming hosts made us feel right at home in the heart of the earth. Feeling grounded and grateful for this unique experience!

Needed a car to get anywhere. It costs about $160 aud for taxi to Kayseri Airport (hour away) and $35 aud for taxi to Nevşehir Airport. (30 minutes) Need car to get to most sites. Still loved it.

If you like to experience staying in the cave, you must try this place. The breakfast is fresh with traditional Turkish style. The terrace has a paranoma view of the town.

    Nothing!

Staff was very nice? They help us to get around with a trust worth and cheap taxi. We get best deals through the hotel for all turism attractions.
