Excellent location, quiet, picturesque setting. Close to a couple of nice restaurants. Unforgettable views of hot air balloons right from the property. Great breakfast. Parking is easy and always available.Oscar was super helpful!

Bathroom could use a some updates.

Really friendly staff. Oskar was great and very helpful. Recommended good restaurants and activities, and helped immensely with booking things. Also very helpful when our Ballooning was cancelled due to weather. Ideal hotel if you have a car, still OK if not.

The location was good for watching the hot air balloons in the morning. Our host Oscar was super nice and helpful for everything we needed. They had a breakfast service in the morning that was amazing! Our bed and bedding was super comfortable.

Bathroom needs upgrading and there were mold in the shower corners and shower wasn’t draining properly. Upon entering the suite a weird smell lingered which came from the washroom we had to leave the door and windows open to air it out . The cats in the property were very hungry it seemed as we couldn’t enjoy the patio without the cats jumping all over our food .

Quiet location in a very small town (it is not in Goreme). Excellent breakfast with lots of food. Good value for your money.

It is about 10 mins taxi ride to Goreme. So if you want lots of choices for food and enjoy night life, you have to drive to Goreme downtown. It is not a walkable location to Goreme.The front staff tend to give more attention to young ladies than older visitors, not that matters to us.

Our room was really lovely. Very well decorated. The tub was comfortable and the over all vibe was great. We didn't see what the balloons would have looked like as our first morning they were cancelled and the second morning we were able to fly so I can't comment on the view from the hotel. The hotel has an amazing included breakfast. We really enjoyed it a lot. Above the hill are a few restaurants with live entertainment and excellent views of the valley but they do come with a price tag. The hotel is not in the center area so there isn't too much to do directly. We booked tours through booking dot com and they all arrived on time and we had a wonderful experience.The staff left an upside down fridge in our room and it was plugged in and basically (well, it did) exploded while we were in the room. Aside from being terrified no harm was done and the staff moved us and out belongings to another room.

It's quite remote. There is no on site restaurant aside from breakfast time. The outdoor patio area could do with some fans or ways to make the area more pleasurable (music, ash trays, etc)

Well maintained, nice rooms. Very serene and peaceful. Staff were extremely friendly and nice . Breakfast variety was great, close walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The room, a honeymoon suite, was very spacious and with a view of departing hot air balloons in early morning. Especially the cave design was inspiring and giving you a feeling of being in the fairy chimneys. The "serpme" breakfast was excellent to start the day. Ismail and Ozcan were extremely helpful and kind to our group, very grateful for their service, and for the guidance we needed for our activities. They have successfully arranged all our tours and transport needs. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was huge and tasty. Your have access to tea, coffee, and flavored water 24/7. The staff are great. They helped me book tours, airport transfers, and recommendations to local restaurants.

Very hospitable and courteous staff especially Ismail who not only ensured our stay remained trouble free but also helped us planning and booking our hot air balloon tour and other trips.

Its a but far from the town/ city centre to walk but you can easily get a cab which will take 5-7 mins for a very reasonable price. The manager will help in getting the cab or public transport so not much of an issue.

We had a great time and Ismail was extremely helpful in arranging balloon flight and providing exceptional support and guidance. Staff is excellent and super accommodating.

The staff were really helpful and arranged green tour at very short notice. The manager Ismail is very accommodating and he pays special attention to each guest. The food here tastes heaven.

May be some confusion on my part but the property is advertised as in Goreme but it is not. It is 40 minutes walk and 10 minutes drive from Goreme city centre. Taxis are easily available but if you want to go for a walk and reach at a lively and vibrant lane that’s not possible. While going for any tour and balloon ride we were picked first ( meaning we spent most time in shuttle than others) cause the hotel is located outside the main Goreme town areas.Also the rooms could do with some more decoration , we booked a honeymoon suite but it was a very basic room with minimal stuff. There was no mini bar/ tea coffee or kettle available in the room. These thing were made available in the main dining area which is only 1 minute away but if you need a coffee first thing in the morning , you will have to get up , get dressed and then go to the dining area.

We had the most beautiful experience staying at Jacob’s cave suites! We arrived as guests and we are leaving as family!The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took care of us as they would with their own family.I came to celebrate my birthday, the manager took time out of his busy schedule to book an amazing restaurant and even gifted me with a birthday cake as part of my celebrations.We will definitely be back and will be recommending this magical place to family and friends back in London ?
