Friendly and accommodating staff helped from booking to leaving. Breakfast was phenomenal. Awesome room. Can’t say enough about how amazing the room was with a hamam, a sauna, a jacuzzi, balcony, huge bed and sitting area.

No where to dry clothing if you washed it.

Great staff and perfect place to view the early morning balloon flights. The breakfast is fabulous and the food manager and hotel manager.

Well located to see sights and very helpful staff arranging transportation or tours. Amazing, generous breakfast with everything you could ever want.

We wished we’d booked earlier to get a room up higher for views.

The staff was extremely helpful. Our hot air balloon got cancelled because of rain, they helped us with the booking. Not to mention, they recommended really good vendors and helped us with ATV ride, taxi booking and airport pickup/drop off. The location of the hotel is amazing, you can see the hot air balloon flying in the morning and see the sunset at night. The breakfast was amazing and the room was gorgeous.

Great spot to watch the air balloons! You can really get close to them from the property. The room was spotless, and the design of the hotel was incredible. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they tried their best to speak English. It was a great experience staying in a cave hotel.

Any taxi or shuttle drops you off down hill, you need to climb 100 mts with your luggage to get to the hotel Its not in Goreme you need to take a taxi or walk 45 min to get there

A beautiful hotel that offers a spectacular view. A delicious local breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable—we stayed in cave-style rooms, which were very beautiful and unique. The hotel is located on a rather steep hill. For us, it was enjoyable to walk up and down—we saw it as part of our daily exercise routine.

Everything was as expected.

Staff was amazing and very welcoming. Rooms are bit dated but everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was the biggest plus. Probably the best breakfast among all the hotels we have tried in the area.

There are too many cats around the rooms, and breakfast area. So if you are someone who is scared of cats like me, then this is a bit unsettling, but not a big issue.

The views are amazing and the details are gorgeous. Staff is super friendly and rooms are super spacious and very comfortable.

Pillows where a little too bulky and missed more fruit variety on breakfast (seems something that has happened all around turkey, not only here)

The hotel is up on the hill. Very difficult to walk up there but lucky I am fit enough it wasn’t much of the problem

Room was good and spacious.But there is no nearby good restaurants and it is 10 minute drive from Goreme city. Also, it is located at the top and the walking path is very steep slope, so most of the taxi drivers are not ready to drop infront of the hotel.But only 5 minute walk from down.Overall, the room was spacious and cosy.

We had the premium honeymoon sweet. The rooms was very spacious and as advertised. The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. The breakfast and views were amazing. One of the most memorable holidays of our lives

Sayma helped help us book a hot air balloon ride, ATM rides and gave some restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was exceptional and the views was even better.

I loved the cave itself. The view was beautiful and the staff were very helpfull and accommodating.

The place needed a little more lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely but needs a little bit of a boost on variety

Breakfast was excellent with a great view from the breakfast room. Lovely views of the valleys and when the balloons were up, there was an excellent view. The town is nice and quiet.

Exceptional service and hospitality I experienced during our recent stay. The staff members were not only polite but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met with a warm and welcoming attitude.Moreover, the cleanliness and coziness of the room greatly enhanced my comfort. Additionally, the food was great and the effort to provide my daughter a special birthday was significant to make our holiday so special.

The staff is very helpful, polite and provides all necessary assistance. Rooms are beautifully done, spacious, equipped with hot water kettle.

We found small pieces of cement/plaster on floor and bed falling off from ceiling. But the bigger disappointment was from jacuzzi. After filling the tub and mixing bubble soap solution, lot of dirt came out from nozzles. Could not inform staff as we left early morning the very next day.

Super property, best staff and best breakfast ever. The staff Seyma and Mehmat were the best. They were so helpful, hardworking and courteous.

The location of the hotel was just at the best possible place. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The view of the city during the day is so beautiful and sunset time is just amazing. Love the location of the hotel and the stay.

The rooms have an authentic feeling of staying in caves. The rooms are very cozy and spacious. The room was very cleaned and the best part was the stay were very helpful.

The only positive thing I can say is because the building at the top of the hill you can get amazing picture with the hot air ballon but that is with caveat

Unfortunately having experience Omani hotel before which was half the price, this hotel felt disappointing. The breakfast was not great. Also due to the building being located at the very top of the hill, many taxi refuse to go the top, except a handful of taxi. So if you want to go to the main centre you have to make sure you have a taxi who will go to the hotel. We manage to find one which become our main taxi. Some of taxi do go the area however you will have to walk the remaining of the journey to get to the hotel which is very step. As I mentioned in the positive section, it has some great views to capture the hotel air ballon, but we were disappointed to find all the seating area had cordon off.
