The location is super

There weren't coffe/tee Maschine as it was desribed and the queen bed in reality wasn't queen, but two separate beds together with the double top.

Situated in city centre, clean, supermarket right under the hotel

No fridge in the room

This was our sixth stay in this hotel.- nice and kind staff- an extra bed for only 10EUR- a parking garage- a nice and clean apartment

The hotel has numerous apartments. Some are better, and some of them are worse. It depends on luck, which one you get.

The hotel was not clean. The pillowcases and sheets were old.

Weird/strange ambiance of the hotel. Rooms look nice and newly decorated, but not clean. You could easily see which parts were cleaned and which not. Would not recommend the hotel.

The location, it's quiet and under the hotel, they have a store where you can buy fresh food and cooked food.At the front and sides of the hotel, transportation (Bahns) are available.

The light, a hit dim as I am also doing some work/study. It's hard to read with dim light. I think, there should be an option for bright light to use.

It was a little cold at first, but then the room warmed up.

The location is good, near to a grocery and some more stores.

Very small room, very small bathroom, not like in the pictures, mattresses were uncomfortable, too much dust on the walls, hair on the toilet seat. We had to buy a cleaning solution to disinfect the bathroom…

Great location

The room was not clean. Hair strands on the bed, the cupboards were dusty. The room had a strong smell. In the morning at the moment to checkout, the reception was closed, the was no one to check us out. I was forced to leave the card on the door of my room because I had to catch my train.

At the tram stop, friendly staff, clean and cozy room, elevators present.

Cheaters!!!

This hotel stealed my money! They tooked money from the card, but when I got to the place nobody was answering by phone and email and the place was closed. So I needed to book another hotel. After that I've called few times, and wrote letters for them to give my money back but had no response.

Location, nice friendly staff, few places to eat close by and not far from tier garden. Breakfast was also nice

The hotelstaff was very kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect, only 10 minutes away from the centre and the train Station. We stayed at Hotel am Karlstor last year as well and enjoyed our stay every time we came to Karlsruhe.

The hotel has good location, practically in the center of the city, close to shops, restaurants and the Christmas market. Breakfast was good, nothing was missing. Room was ok, beds comfortable. Plenty of closet space for our things. Free tea and toiletries in the room. Only the size of the bathroom was small, but it was renovated and clean so nothing to complain. Wi-fi ok. Very helpful staff and polite management.

You play a little lottery if your room is good or not, they have different equipment in every room and some rooms are just not clean.
