The cleaning was not great. When I arrived the toilet had stains.
The host at the reception was very kind and hospitable! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, the shower very good and clean. Free parking on the street in front of the hotel!
Friendly and approachable staff, excellent facilities. Unexpectedly luxurious rooms, with a small balcony even. Great decode. Practically located. Even the additional 3rd bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious, as opposed to the prison mattresses in other hotels.
The breakfast is not worth the asking price
Once you enter, it has a lovely reception area, easy check in. The room was quite cosy and warm. Everything was clean, there was even a mini fridge in case for a need.
It is quite hard to understand that building is the hotel, I did not see any “Hotel Allee” sign, just random leaves…
The bathroom was very large and fancy, and the bed was comfortable, with individual blankets for each person. But the morning staff person was nice and helpful.
The bathroom was large but not very user-friendly - no good place to hang a towel or leave your clothes to change into (that ledge was not sufficient), and it was so big it was quite cold. Not much place in the rest of the room to put stuff down, either (nothing but the small side-tables). There was only one outlet on each side of the bed, so one had to choose between the lamp or charging your phone. The directions for how to contact the front desk after hours to check in could have been much clearer, and the room was way on the other side of the compound- one had to walk past a partially-finished building, it was not well lit, and really not super clear where we were going...
Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable
The room was a good size. It was nicely warm. There is a small fridge which is useful. The reception is now apparently working until 8 PM, which makes it easier for people arriving later to check in.
There is nothing that makes you feeling at home, for example a couple of glasses you can drink from when you come in. Apart from the plastic cups in the bathroom, there was nothing. We had to request one more pillow as one was not comfortable enough. Under the bed sheets, there was a protective sheet which made sound when you moved in bed. The bathroom is new and nice, but the walk-in shower is open from one side, so a lot of water is splashed out when you one uses the shower. The shower tray is very slippery and there is no non-slippery matt provided. There was also a powerful ventilator which was useful but it made far too much noise, which was disturbing particularly when it came on at night. We also experienced on at least two occasions that the reception was not manned and even when using the bell to call for attention, nobody was coming. We experienced a few customers waiting for a period of time for someone to attend the reception .
Quiet room in the rear building (dark open path away from the main hotel).Friendly personell.Decent breakfast.
Cleanliness in the bathroom: Nobody wants to see the previous guests' hairs all over the place.Waste bin in the restroom was just an open tray (whoever decided on that must have been a man totally unaware of female hygiene needs). Room design was very modern in an impractical way: No decent chairs/table/night tables.Designer fridge that was so loud we turned off off right away.
I am simply delighted with the very welcoming, positive and friendly staff. Creative interior design, and in general the whole hotel is unusual. Very cozy clean rooms, convenient location in the city, walking distance to public transport. We were there twice. A room with panoramic windows and the second time with its own balcony terrace. Ideal. I highly recommend it to everyone! Success in business and grateful guests!
Large bedroom & bathroom, both very clean & comfirable. Lots of plug points. Lift to 3rd floor. Very happy with room. Plenty of road parking outside hotel or private paid parking
All good, no issues
Nicely designed room with convenient balcony, very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet surrounding. Everything you need for a short stay. Good breakfast, Very friendly and helpful staff.
Entering the hotel is a tiny bit complicated if you arrive in the evening (need to call someone). And the rustling "plastic" underbedsheet is also a bit strange
Pretty good location to access city centre (walkable). Well-connected with public transit. Equipped with all you need in a hotel. Friendly staff with fast response.
Unusual check-in process after business hours (call a number and get a code to open a letter box to get the keycard). Cleanliness is sub-par: found a few strands of hair in one of the blankets and on a towel; less-frequently used surfaces are not as thoroughly cleaned as they should be. The hotel is not expensive, but not exactly super cheap either. Regardless of pricing, cleanliness should be the top priority for a hotel, without which all extras are meaningless.
The bed was really comftable, overall the room was clean and welcoming.
The staff was not very friendly and not courteous. The cleaning had to be actively requested and I found some hair in the bathroom. The bathroom could be cleaned better. The rooms facing the street are very noisy, as the streetcar runs right outside the door and is very audible even with the window closed. I wanted to change my room but this was only possible for an extra charge. The rooms are nice, but the customer orientation could be improved. I will not stay here again.
I stayed only one night and everything was fine. Large room not in the main building, but accessible from the street behind the hotel. Room was relatively clean.
Big room, nice interior, comfy bed
- 15 Euro for breakfast- 15 Euro for Parking
Fraudsters!!!
They came to the indicated address, but there was a different name of the hotel, and the door was closed. No one is there and does not answer the phone.
utterly catastrophic
no flip flop in the room, air conditioning does not work, strong mould in bathroom, seeing even mould on hair dryer. I filmed everything.
