The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was great. We loved the staff.

We had no problems.

The hotel is in a fairly central location so within a 15 minute walk you can be in the center. The reception and dining room staff were friendly and helpful.

At first I was impressed with the contemporary glass bathroom design which is integral in the bedroom. During the night it became apparent that if your partner needs the bathroom during the night the whole bedroom is illuminated through the glass and the noise from the fan when the light is turned on is very disturbing.

Tiny sticker explaining use of electric shutters that we totally missed and so slept without .Hopelessly unsupporting pillows.We were told we needed to eat breakfast between 7 and 8 am which was too early.No kettle for making a drink

While the hotel was small, it was clean and well-maintained. The room, though compact, was tidy and provided a comfortable space for my stay. The breakfast was with a good selection of options. The staff, from the receptionist to the other members of the team, were accommodating, making my stay pleasant. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at this small hotel in Karlsruhe.

The communication with the team was quite nice and they arranged a late-check-inn for me, since my train arrived after 9pm. It was easy to find and the room fulfilled my needs

Very cheap for such a good quality and friendly staff. Nothing compared to the rat hole nearby called „Leonardo“

The staff that were cleaning and in breakfast were amazing. They were very friendly. There were a couple of times where the language was an issue (ie. where people didn't speak any English, but other than that it was very very friendly and clean.

There was no climate control in the room. The first day we arrived in was quite warm and the air conditioning was already turned off for the season. But other than that it was a really nice room. Thanks

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff

The room was on the top floor. It was not comfortable to get to bed because I was constantly hitting the ceiling

The room was fine given the price, and the place is a short walk from the station.

It is not advertised that reception is not manned during the day. I arrived at 11am and had to convince someone through a doorbell to let me in so I could leave my bag. Checking in in the afternoon is absolutely fine, but if I’d known that It wasn’t even an option to leave my bag with reception so I can go out for the day I would have gone elsewhere

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good, nice coffee.

We will not come back to this hotel due to the location. There where many drunk men hanging around the area. Which did not give a friendly vibe to the place. The hotel could use a 24/7 doorman, due to all the men hanging around the hotel.

Staff was attentive, called a cab for me. Breakfast was very nice.

Nice boutique hotel. It had all we needed for our stay. The service was at the highest level. The breakfast was tasty and even our daughter with strong allergies found a lot of meals to eat.

Friendly staff! Fast check-in. Breakfast was good and the location is also nice, located in a quiet area, no noise. You can walk to the centrum. The room was clean and comfortable. It has good air condition. Wi-Fi was great. I totally recommend this place!

Toilet could be a little bit bigger (i stayed in a single room). Except this, all the rest were fine.

The room was quite small but very nice and clean. We could have a good rest because there was no noise and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower pressure was really strong:)Also I’d like to especially note the incredibly friendly and helpful front desk staff and the delicious breakfast with lots of options.

There was no sockets near the bed, only one socket near the table and one in the bathroom. *Rather a peculiarity than a flaw: the bathroom walls are a bit transparent so I think the room is better suited to couples than to friends:)
