Friendly staff. When the A/C in my room wasn't working, they moved me to another room immediately.

There was some water damage in the stairwell, so it smelled moldy - they seemed to be aware of the leak.

Great stay with dogs, too. Adventurous and exceptional architecture. Great area. Lovely staff.

Basic accommodation in a 'compact' two-level room, not quite a pod, but practical, comfortable enough and good value. The 24-hour reception team were super-helpful. I have stayed 4 times now, in very different types of room. It is a quirky, but very interesting and convenient place with a good brew-house restaurant and cocktail bar attached, amongst other elements on the site.

Fine for me, at 67, but the room I had this time would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

when I had claimed for an another room, because the booked room was terrible, they change have accepted it.

the description of the offered room, on the plattform was did not mentionated that the room has two stages, and the "bed" was located on the second, above, near the roof, ca. 1,50m!

One of the best hotels I have ever been. Remember Hundertwasser style, with an enormous amount of phantasy. You are all the time like in a miracle. Strongly recommend staying and dinner.

The cleaning lady tried to enter an 9 a.m. and woke me. I find it not o.k. as the check out was till 11. No other claims at all. All is mega positive!!

I had not anticipated what a pod was, and had I been 10 years older (I am 66) I could not have coped, but it was an amusing experience and I would do it again!

Value for money. clean with a private bathroom. everything smartly put together to save space. overall very happy with the stay.

The architecture is really fun and I'm a sucker for special places like this. Everything else is good. It's still close to the center, without being right in the middel. There's a good restaurant in the basement.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Karlsruhe Hochschule where I had to go. The room has 2 floors. There is the bathroom below and upstairs the bed. The matrix is on the floor. The hotel is very different.

In general, it is a good experience. However, I think that the stairs could be a problem for some people.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The location is good. Staff were efficient.

The room was just horrid. It is not fit to keep animals in it never mind human beings. When you open the door you walk straight into the toilet and shower. A tiny desk and closet is also shared within the tiny space. Then to the left of the toilet is the tightest spiral staircase ever, atop of which is the bed. So effectively the room is the size of a double bed bunkbed with the bottom area being used as a bathroom. The headspace in the downstairs area is barely 6 feet high, and the bed area is less than a meter in height, so basically you just have to crawl onto the mattress once you climb up the stairs. The only access to the outside world is through a window hatch in the roof which is operated by a button and allows you to lift one side of the hatch by a few inches to let some fresh air. I'm willing to bet that one can find prison cells which are bigger and more comfortable than the room I was in. Absolutely dreadful.

Breakfast great selection, room was great for the price.

I went for NYE and the only suggestion I have to improve would be to list if services such as room service or the cocktail bar were closed etc.
