The staffs are very nice.

It is located in a good position with comprehensive staff

I only stay for a night and found everything great

Price is very good. Quiet and cozy.

Guest house, not hotel. No change of towels. The bathroom floor was not cleaned and smelled terrible. Reception 9-18 o'clock.

bad sound proof and there were a lot of kids causing high noise and couldn't have enough of rest

A very good breakfast. A large room. Very handy for the tram stop. Off road parking. Very helpful staff. Close to the very good Italian Restorante La Signora.

No way of plugging the bedside lamp on the other side of the bed in.

The price and location is good for traveling with a car. It was during the holiday so no staff at registration, but the self check in key box works well. The bathroom was clean .

Mainly, the bed was not comfortable: It was two single beds side by side, very thin and soft mattress that was not comfortable, thin pillows and the two single blankets were the cheapest you could find. We did not have the best sleep here. The room smells heavily like vinegar when enteredAlso, there was no breakfast during the time of our stay and no access to the coffee machine. For a three-star hotel it was underwhelming

Free Parking, heating was very good as the weather was cold..

we enjoyed the black out blinds in our room and the beds.

the bathroom seemed in the middle of remodel. no hook for hand towel, super small trash can, dim light in bathroom.loud washer and dryer noises late at night. the lobby was cluttered with parcels, not enough parking.

Only the employees that were friendly

1. The places is far from Karlsruhe town. They are 20KM away. But their advert says 4,5km2. The place has smelly mats3. There's absolutely no places near buy, descent restaurants4. Was a total waste of money, no wonder they don't do the refunds.5. The elevator is not maintained, its scary to be on it.6. I even checked out earlier, unfortunately lost my money

Room had a balcony and the personnel were friendly. Internet connection was good.

Relatively dated building, the beds were small and uncomfortable, carpet was dusty and the bathroom had black mold. Breakfast was okay but very basic.

FIVE STARS for the very nice receptionist, she was happy and helpful. The hotel itself is a dump, in my opinion.

We asked for 2 rooms. One for us, one for the kids. The kids had to sleep in our room because the room smelt like cigarettes.

Nice and spacious room, also good breakfast. Pleasant service from the staff.

Staff was so sweet to us. There is a bar but we didnt try. Room was OK for the price, warm and comfy. There is a tram stop at the door.

Location is too far from town. Parking area is small so if you come with a car better ask them in advance.
