No real reception (no staff between 1:00am and 7:00am) First room we were shown wasn't ready (used linens and towels) and had only a sofabed instead of a double bed Smelled like some rooms are smoking Curtains could be closed so the room wasn't dark

Convenient to the trains

Location , opposite Karlsrhue train station. It’s easy to take a tram . Downtown is not far from Hotel.

Only a few steps from the train station, friendly helpful staff. Renovated old building with high ceilings. Tea/coffee making facilities.Warm and comfortable room, nice bathroomCosy bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

Very minor: shower pressure was a bit low. Only one tea-bag provided!

Everything went well, the staff were friendly, clean and warm room, hotel is right in front of the main train station so you can reach any point of the city with tram or a short walk if you prefer.

The breakfast is ready good. Really nice staff. Hopping off an on the train made easy.

No real complaints. But the WiFi signal in room 12 was very weak and cut in and out often.

It’s close to central station and the Zoo.The kids loved our room.The room was cleaned every day.

There’s a kitchen, so that we can cook for our children, unfortunately it did not provide basic needs such as salt and pepper.There’s no knife or scissors, only knives for the bread.The internet was quite slow at the upper room.

there is a netflix app on the TV which we liked the most and the whole room was like a penthouse which we found it cool.The people are very nice and friendly!

Location was perfect to move around the city and also very easy to arrive in. I came from Paris and the hotel is right outside the train station.

Location was helpful for my upcoming travel plans. Room was comfortable.

Didn't realize there was a charge for the water until after I had some. Check-in process was not great. Staff who checked me in was rude and impatient. Ended up being double charged for the room but I caught it and a manager helped me to correct it later.

Location is great, friendly staff, nice room - overall convenient and comfy stay!
