It was hard to find the family room no instruction , no employees, no one to answer the phone or chat

Wonderful location. Comfortable bed. Electric kettle with tea & coffee in the room. Cute welcome pack. Delicious & various breakfast. Contactless check-in: I received an email with an access code to my room. My check-in started 3 hours before it was planned - from 12:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM, so that I dropped my luggage early, and had more time to enjoy the city

The breakfast was nice, the room was nice, the shower was nice.

it is quite noisy because of the trams, which run late into the night. Also its not so easy finding a parking place, there are some on the road, but you cant pay for the next day and then you have to take your chance with the ticket collector.

We booked a triple room but got the apartment instead. The apartment could definitely use some renovation but it was perfectly clean. The bathroom was a bit small. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights.

spacious room with a small refrigator and a renovated and clean but very small bathroom.breakfast has a good choice of different products. tram stop right in front of the hotel.The hotel is situated close to the shopping streets and restaurants and it can all be done by foot.

One window could not be fully closed and our room was located on the street side. there is a tram stop which is quite loud from early hours until late in the night. with a window that's not working well all the noises coming from the street are heard into the room. Free parking spaces are limited and very confusing for tourists to know where it's allowed and not allowed to park your car.

The room was cheerful and comfortable. The complimentary water, gummibears and hot beverages were also nice!

That no one was there to greet me. I didn't understand the system and hadn't seen the code that was sent to me.

It was very comfortable, clean, in a great location, tram stop right under the apartment. Everything was perfect!

Location half way from main station and city centre, very quite and clean room. Breakfast was great, had a little bit of everything you could think of.

We were delighted with this accommodation. The staff in the breakfast room were very welcoming and friendly, the reception staff pleasant and helpful and the room staff attentive and accommodating.

Room was spacious and the personal was kind and helped me when I requested to borrow an iron.

Breakfast was disappointing. Only instant powder coffee is something I didn't expect

Entering the property and the room was easy via access codes, without an explicit check-in. The internet connection worked well, the room and the bathroom were clean, and in general spacious and comfortable. The hotel can be reached by foot in about 15 minutes from the central station. In general it was a good deal for the price.
