Very great location and very well decorated room

There were not enough curtains for the whole windows, so I had to sleep in a very much lighted room.

I enjoyed the staff and the inside beauty and comfort of the hotel. Great place to spend sometime at and be treated special. I hope they continue to offer the service and accomodations at there wonderful rates.

I only felt sorry that the area around the hotel was not more popular. The Hotel and its staff were great. They were second to none. Keep up the wonderful work.

Good location and nice cocktail bar on top and amazing breakfast.

One of our two rooms was clearly a smoker room. Yuk!!! How are there still smoking rooms??!

The internet was really bad. There was no connection in the room 117.

The hotel is really nice, clean and has a very good location - the nearby streets have beautiful architecture and it was a good starting point for our personal walk tour through sights of Karlsruhe.The bathroom was exceptionally nice.And also breakfast was very nicely managed - with a really broad range of options.The hotel has really soon check in (14:00 if I remember correctly) and late check out (11:00) - which was very appreciated.There is also an area at the reception where you can make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, which is a nice touch. I think this is a nice idea and prefer it this way actually (with one big machine of high quality), rather than to have a cheap coffee machine at each hotel room.The receptionists were very professional, kind and helpful.They explained the parking options right away during check in: 1) there is a paid garage that is quite narrow and 2) there is also a free rooftop parking available - the receptionist opens the entryway for the car, and the rooftop parking is accesible from the second floor of the hotel, although the entrance from the roof to the hotel is not marked very well - it is kinda in the middle of the parking area (not on the sides).We also visited the hotel bar, having received the 50% off your first drink voucher that comes with each booking (per person). The hotel bar was very nicely furnished, and the staff seemed very knowledgeable about the drinks, and service was good.

There are two major issues i have encourged: 1) we asked for a room with two single beds and where we no suc in whole hotel which is very strange2) there are only one key from the room and no ability to obtain another - so we needed all the time to synchronise who is returning first to hotel3) For standard rooms air conditioning is central and can be controlled so it is too hot in the room.

The smell in the hotel is not nice and covered with perfume, carpet in the room, style is a bit old fashioned, even a bottle of water should cost some Euros, parking is very difficult in an old and narrow parking garage

Really bad, won’t ever stay again

We travel with a really expensive bicycle and never had I problem with storing it in the room. We came to the reception with the bicycle, and only after taking deposit payment were we informed that bicycles are not allowed. Shameful, if you would mention it before taking payment I would go to a different hotel. Also, that’s such a weird rule. You should not dictate what I bring into my room. The hotel at least allowed to store it somewhere inside but at the same time did not want to take responsibility in case theft would happen. Insanity. Highly not recommended. Parking and EV charging mentioned on booking is a big fat lie. Parking: you better drive a smart car… EV charging? No, you just get normal 220V socket. Overnight we got to recharge 30% only as it’s max 2kw. This hotel is just a deceitful liars with their offer here.

Good price-quality ratio.

Windows doesn’t isolate noice from the street and now that we’ve been there more than once I’m convinced that drunken people shouting at 4am in the corridors are more like business as usual than exception. Not a problem if you have an earplugs, but of not, please get one.

The very good breakfast, the cocktail bar, the very comfortable bed, the well equipped gym, the goodies in the room, the location !It is a very nice and well maintained hotel.

It felt a bit old furnished at the beginning, the 2 single blankets...why??same food in the breakfast everyday, no fish were served in breakfast, the cocktail bar has no beers (except for Carlsberg).

Best bed and pillows of our two weeks in Europe! Almost like home. And truly the largest breakfast buffet we have seen in 6 years! It was amazing! What a gem this hotel is. Convenient walk from the train, easy to walk to the Fine Art Gallery and the Palace Museum. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. They kept our luggage all day after our check out until our evening train. My photo is a view from our windows of the street scene.

Noise from the floor above, moving furniture woke me up the first night, for hours. The next morning I was assured the family checked out. Someone the second night also was up at night. If I stayed again, I'd want you be on the upper floors.

A good breakfast, with fresh-made products. The bathroom towels are of excellent quality.

The room was cold, despite an air ventilation system perhaps more suitable for cooling in the hot season. The windows were not very insulating, even against the noise coming from the street where the trams travel.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was excellent - clean, comfortable and a lovely hot shower! Even had a coffee machine in the room.50% off your first drink at their bar was a lovely touch too.

I think it might be time to replace the mats on the breakfast tables. They have dirt ingrained in the recesses, and I don't think it is possible to clean this dirt out.

Great lobby, well decorated with good service for the customers. Practical the parking and a very good breakfast. A bit noisy the pipes but all in all a very nice hôtel with great workers.

The Hotel Location with a walking distance of about 1.5 km to down town or train station.Some good restaurants within the area.

Close to city center, multiple parking options.

No way to cool room at night without opening window to noisy street.
